Pros:

Can’t get anything better than this place. This place beats every other star hotel in candolim/nerul. Worth every penny spent. Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, fantastic breakfast options and try their ginger tea. Located around 3-4 kms from candolim beach and ensures utmost safety and peace without getting into traffic. Their in-house bar is great with good options, Zomato and Swiggy delivers food. Everything is gettable in the local neighbourhood.

Cons:

Parking is a bit tricky during season. They manage it well but causes inconvenience to remove and park everytime other guest needs to go out

Bad staffs and service. Worst car parking.
Pros:

Rooms size were good.

Cons:

Staffs was not appropriate. For single things you have to call multiple times to reception for things getting done. Staffs are not aware about how to handle things. Worst part is their parking. They don't have proper parking management. If you are planning to park your 4 wheeler in stay or expecting good staffs and service then don't choose this place

Great Place few things can be worked on.
Pros:

Staff was nice, especially Akshay from the Front Office & f&b staff was very helpful too.

Rooms were really nice, seems that whole place was renovated very recently.

Cons:

Location on booking.com says 2km from beach but actually hotel is 6-7 kms away.

Wifi network is extremely poor on first and second floor unless you're on ground floor but this is something that they can improve on.

Breakfast was included but wasn't the best, chef needs to improve quality of food and menu needs to be better.
