Excelente ubicación, equipamiento, comodidad, limpieza y comunicación con la/los anfitriones.

El alojamiento tiene una excelente ubicación dentro de la ciudad amurallada, a pocas cuadras caminando del zócalo, iglesias, museos, mercado y transporte público. Mi pareja y yo reservamos el departamento que estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para hacer una estancia cómoda y agradable: cuenta con una estancia amplia, mesa-comedor, cocineta, refri, cafetera y utensilios básicos para preparar o calentar comida. El calor no fue un problema debido a los ventiladores y al aire acondicionado, siempre hubo agua caliente e internet de buena velocidad. Siempre hubo una excelente comunicación con la anfitriona y se solventó muy rápidamente el desperfecto de un foco fundido, lo que da cuenta de un gran nivel de atención. Debido a que se accede con códigos numéricos, no hubo inconveniente con nuestra hora de llegada, que fue en la madrugada debido al retraso en el vuelo.

Comfortable and clean communal areas and rooms.
Pros:

The kitchen is very clean & had a pretty good set up for preparing food. Our room was also clean and had a good size closet where we could store our bags & hang up clothes. The location is central, close to touristy stuff but also allows easy access to the town outside the historic center.

Cons:

I was never able to get hot water from the shower or bathroom sink.
The front entrance lock situation seems dangerous in case of emergency. I don’t like the feeling of being locked inside a building where I need to see tiny numbers on a padlock to get out.

Pros:

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Bequeme Betten und große Zimmer insgesamt. Die Küche ist super ausreichend und die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut und zentral in der Altstadt.

Not what I expected for the price I paid
Pros:

The staff was nice and responsive for any questions and the location was good and very central. They tried to help me with my issues.

Cons:

Found a dead cockroach on the kitchen floor as well as an alive one and there was no drinkable water in the property, the walls were thin so you could hear everything from the neighbors. Had no wifi because the one provided in the instructions was not the one I was supposed to have access to.

EL OLOR insoportable!!
Desagradable: la cama y la ropa de cama súper sucios. Apenas entrar en la habitación una pestilencia vomitiva, que nada más de acordarme me dar arcadas. Lo peor es que provenía de la cama y las almohadas. Una verdadera tortura dormir ahí. Pedí que cambiaran la ropa de cama y mejoró un poco, y accedieron amablemente, pero el colchón y las almohadas están echados a perder. El sitio es muy oscuro y mucho más sombrío de lo que muestran las fotos. Moho por todos lados.

Très jolie maison nichée à deux pas de la rue principale où se trouvent les restaurants et magasins.
Lit confortable et espace de cuisine commun bien équipé.
Personne très accueillante qui nous a montré toutes les commodités.
grand espace salle de bain mais pas suffisamment de pression d' eau pour nous:-)
Très bon rapport qualité prix.
