Pros:

The location was excellent. A 2 minute walk from the main pedestrian street in the centre of the historical city. The communication was excellent, they were fast to respond on booking.com and whilst it was a person-free check in, they were beyond helpful and the instructions were clear. My room had a private bathroom just down the hall (this is made clear in the description when I booked) and it was clean and there were keys so you could lock it if you wanted. The room itself was clean, had air conditioning, and was simple but comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. I didn't use the pool beyond dipping my feet in to cool down, but it's a decent size for a pool in a small courtyard and was very refreshing.

Cons:

The only complaint I have, which isn't really a complaint, is the bathroom door would get stuck once you'd opened it halfway and so you had to give it a firmer push to fully open. It wasn't a problem once you got used to it.

Muy hablé la señora que atiende💕 me tocó en la última habitación y como a las 2 de la mañana sonaba como si quisieran abrir el buró 🤣 jajajaja solo fue el primer día, ya después todo tranquilo
Tiene su cocina, algunos trastes, microondas, purificadora de agua, refrigerador, estufa para cocinar 🍳 todo excelente
Es curioso como todas las calles son antiguas no dejan poner anuncios así que me perdí un poquito para encontrar la casita 🤭 además que todas las calles parecen iguales 10/10

I enjoyed my stay was comfortable and would happily stay there again,
Pros:

The property is well situated ,lots of places to eat close by and less than 10 minutes walk to the main plaza.The room was ideal for me as an individual traveller , comfortable and private bathroom.There is shared Kitchen facilities so you can prepare your own food if required and a shared fridge to use and facilities to refill bottles with drinking water . The owner was responded quickly to messages and was helpful . I found the property very good value compared to other properties I have previously stayed in Campeche.

Gran calidad-precio en un sitio con mucha tranquilidad
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, estás dentro de la ciudad amurallada y es fácil llegar caminando a los puntos de interés turístico. Además la casa es muy acogedora y los espacios comunes son muy bonitos. La piscina es un extra, aunque pequeña pero le da una gran atmósfera al lugar además de que es perfecta para los días calurosos. Estuve en la habitación que está al final del jardín, me pareció perfecta para quienes buscan privacidad y relajación.

Cons:

Solo hubo dos detalles negativos. El primero es que hubo un error de comunicación en la llegada y el proceso del check in tomó un poco más de lo esperado. Sin embargo, la señora que cuida la casa se comunicó rápido con la dueña y resolvió todo de inmediato. El segundo problema es el olor del baño por las noches. En momentos un fuerte olor emana del desagüe y al compartir el espacio con la habitación, es imposible que dicho olor no llegue hasta ella. Quizás podrían colocar una tapa a la misma para que esto no suceda.

Posizione centrale a 3 minuti dalla via principale e 7 dal mare
Camera giusta con aria condizionata che funziona veramente bene
Cucina utilizzabile e pulita

Cons:

Piscina non invitante, acqua grigia non so se per l'acqua in sé o per il fondo mai pulito (il filtro comunque non girava)
Avevamo purtroppo il bagno esterno nel cortile non specificato nell'annuncio...
Non c'è reception, la porta d'ingresso si chiude con un lucchetto (che la prima volta abbiamo volta abbiamo trovato aperto e con il codice inserito).

Excelente ubicación, equipamiento, comodidad, limpieza y comunicación con la/los anfitriones.
Pros:

El alojamiento tiene una excelente ubicación dentro de la ciudad amurallada, a pocas cuadras caminando del zócalo, iglesias, museos, mercado y transporte público. Mi pareja y yo reservamos el departamento que estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para hacer una estancia cómoda y agradable: cuenta con una estancia amplia, mesa-comedor, cocineta, refri, cafetera y utensilios básicos para preparar o calentar comida. El calor no fue un problema debido a los ventiladores y al aire acondicionado, siempre hubo agua caliente e internet de buena velocidad. Siempre hubo una excelente comunicación con la anfitriona y se solventó muy rápidamente el desperfecto de un foco fundido, lo que da cuenta de un gran nivel de atención. Debido a que se accede con códigos numéricos, no hubo inconveniente con nuestra hora de llegada, que fue en la madrugada debido al retraso en el vuelo.

Pros:

The kitchen is very clean & had a pretty good set up for preparing food. Our room was also clean and had a good size closet where we could store our bags & hang up clothes. The location is central, close to touristy stuff but also allows easy access to the town outside the historic center.

Cons:

I was never able to get hot water from the shower or bathroom sink.
The front entrance lock situation seems dangerous in case of emergency. I don’t like the feeling of being locked inside a building where I need to see tiny numbers on a padlock to get out.

Pros:

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Bequeme Betten und große Zimmer insgesamt. Die Küche ist super ausreichend und die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut und zentral in der Altstadt.
