Property Description

Please inform White Home Suite and Rooms in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
- No smoking is allowed inside the apartment.
- The dishes are delivered clean and must be left clean.
- The care and cleaning of the property during the stay are borne by the customer.
- It is forbidden to organize parties and introduce other people in the house, in addition to paying guests.
- It requires maximum respect for the rules of coexistence within the condo and the house, avoiding crowds and inappropriate behavior.
- It applies the collection of waste.

Check-in is permitted after 15:00 (3 pm)
(it is not possible to enter in the apartment or leave luggages before the time of check in)

Check-Out maximum untill 10:00 (10 am).
If the check out is late the cost of the day will be charged


SELF CHECK IN:
THERE IS AUTOMATIC SELF CHECK-IN TO ENTER TO THE APARTMENT.
AT THE MOMENT OF THE RESERVATION WE WILL SEND YOU ALL THE INFORMATION TO ENTER BY YOURSELF, IT IS VERY EASY AND SAFE AND GUARANTEES THE POSSIBILITY OF ARRIVING AT ANY TIME AND IN CASE OF DELAY OR PROBLEMS: MANDATORY EXTRA COST 4 €.
YOU MUST SEND YOUR ID AND SELFIE FOR CHECK IN PROCEDURE - DOCUMENT CONTROL IS MANDATORY


EXTRA SERVICES:
in case you not use the SELF CHECK, for your inability and we are forced to send someone for classic check in the cost is 15€ from 14 to 22 (2pm to 10 pm).
From 22 onwards: € 25

Deposit / penalty lost or broken keys € 120 / per bunch of keys.

if you forget the keys at home and we are forced to come and open the door for you, you will have to pay a penalty of 30 euros, if after 10.00 pm, 50 euros

Any damage must be reported promptly and always before check out and must be refunded.

The booking DO NOT includes the Rome Tourist tax: 6 € per person per night
