Sollte ich Palma wieder besuchen, es kommt kein anderes Hotel in Frage.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt am Ende der Strasse. Daher ist der Touristenstrom stark abgebaut. Die Carrer Apuntadores ist voller Restaurants, einfach unschlagbar. Das Hotel hat ein perfektes Ambiente, einfach alles ist aufeinander abgestimmt. Das Bad fanden wir herausragend in Desing und Funktionalität. Selbst der Pool ist für die Citylage sehr gut. Das Personal passte zu dem angenehmen Ambiente.

Cons:

Das gute Frühstück hätte noch besser sein können. Die Versorgung in Palma bietet alle Möglichkeiten. Meckern auf hohem Niveau heißt: Lokales von Brot bis Marmelade. Schinken war super.

I booked last minute and was very pleased that the hotel was just what I needed.
Pros:

The location in the old town is excellent. Shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The selection of food at breakfast is different every day. The pool and roof terraces are lovely quiet places to sit and relax. The staff are friendly and could not have been more helpful.

Great location, nice staff, large room
Pros:

Location is perfect, very nice staff, large room, good air conditioning. Staff arranged a taxi for us to the airport and even a take away breakfast as we had an early flight.

Cons:

You did hear people in the halls at night but for us this was not really a problem as you are in a city center and people come back late.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location with great amenities.
Pros:

Excellent location right near the Cathedral and lots of lovely restaurants.

Cons:

There were only duvet covers and no blankets so it was hard to keep warm with the air conditioning as it was quite temperamental and unpredictable.

Poor service, the plunge pool was dirty and smelt. The young man at reception did not seem bothered, honestly the most disappointing stay after seeing other reviews and images it was like a different hotel.

Pros:

This was my first time in Mallorca (from Australia) and I couldn’t have been more impressed and happy with my stay. The hotel had stunning decor and facilities and the location was amazing! The buffet breakfast in the morning was really handy as well! The staff that worked during my stay made me feel super welcome! The kind receptionists helped me navigate my way around the island and he provided me with great recommendations for restaurants/ activities ect! The breakfast staff were also lovely and attended to my gluten free needs perfectly!
