When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies may apply. Guests must provide their vehicle information immediately after their arrival since access to the property's area is restricted to residents only. Failing to do this will result in a fine by the local traffic department. Palau Sa Font must be always notified before entering the restricted area. Beautiful venue, great staff but bed uncomfortable.
Pros:

The location
The staff
The venue itself was beautiful

Cons:

The bed was rock hard
The lights outside constantly on and only thin curtain to block outside which it did not do and no sleep was had

We're glad it was one night -- it was difficult to sleep there. However, the location was good.

Cons:

Our fan did not work. The Manager @ check-in should have shown us the room and made sure that the cooling fan was operational. We kept our window open and in the middle of the night, people partying outside became loud, so we closed the window which made the room extremely stuffy. When we inquired about adjusting our room rate, another person at the front desk suggested we email the office after we checked out. We were told that we should've let the front desk know. We were not told that there was 24-hour front desk coverage and there wasn't a telephone in the room to contact them.

Pros:

Fab location, excellent staff. Made us a little take away breakfast bag as we left for the airport before breakfast time.

Cons:

Rooms felt a little empty and dated. Unfortunately there was a VERY loud couple in the room next door, appreciate that the hotel can’t control this but it really impacted our evening.

The staff on the reception is excellent. They helped me with a couple of request we had with no problem.

Cons:

I liked everything about the hotel, but for the price, we expected 4-star quality: bathroom amenities, a cooked breakfast, an open swimming pool, etc.
If the price had been lower, we would have loved the hotel.
