Location is good - but a bit hard to find.
Large language barrier with the staff, but did not seem willing to help despite efforts to communicate with google translate. Bathroom door did not shut, this was eventually fixed. Family room was two beds virtually next to each other. Tried to move them apart but floor underneath filthy and full of hair. Toilet tiny. Shower drain overflowed massively.
It was good for a quick stay.

The location is incredible!!! We had a very spacious and comfortable room. We loved our stay here! We would definitely stay again
Overall the stay was good, the mattress initially was very uncomfortable but when asked the staff replaced the matress immediately. The room and bathroom were clean and fine. However the room decor was a bit outdated and there was some damp patches on the ceiling. Good location and limited noise from outside. The staff were very friendly and used google translate to help communications.
The staff were absolutely lovely and friendly and always very welcoming. They were always keen to help out, allowing us to leave our bags there before check in and even lending us umbrellas when it started heavily raining outside.
The room was comfortable and well-equipped with water and toiletries.
The location was fantastic! It’s just a few minutes walk from Bui Vien Walking Street but since it’s down an alleyway, you don’t hear any of the noise at night.
They also have a really great hair and nail salon downstairs which my friend and I made full use of!
A really lovely place to stay. We chose it because it was very affordable and the location couldn’t have been better! It’s in District 1 near the walking street but it’s down a side street so we didn’t have any problems with noise. The staff are also really lovely and had no problems with us storing bags before and after we checked in.
The staff were very friendly and made sure you were comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, central to lots of activities.
As the hotel was central, it meant it was noisy at night, as you could hear music and club events.
