l’accueil chaleureux, l’authenticité et la disponibilité du personnel.
On s’est senti « comme à la maison »
La chambre est grande et confortable. Elle dispose d’une clim réversible
Le petit déjeuner est variés et très copieux.
Le restaurant a une vue exceptionnelle sur les plaines le coucher de soleil est à couper le souffle, les plats proposés sont excellents

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

Die Lage war für uns top, da wir von dort zu Tagestouren aufgebrochen sind.
Das Frühstück war ok.
Die Allrounddame, Rezeption, Servicekraft im Restaurant war absolut super.👍

Pros:

We booked this place because my partner previously stayed in the same place and loved it. It is such a nice B&B, staff were lovely and accommodating. They also have really good food in their restaurant. Although the rooms were a bit old, feels like staying in a chamber of a castle. Still, it's a nice and wonderful experience.

Cons:

Frühstück ist sehr italienisch. Dafür aber keinen Abzug, ist halt so wenn man nach Italien fährt.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt.

Cons:

Wir hatten offenbar Pech mit dem Zimmer. Superior Zimmer heißt nicht, dass es größer ist, nur dass es eine Terrasse hat. Die Berge konnte man von dort aus, am Vorderhaus vorbei, etwas sehen. Leider war das Schlafen mit offenem Fenster nicht möglich, da die Abluftanlage der Küche zu laut war und permanent Essensgeruch ins Zimmer gelangte.
Die Handtücher waren dünn und verwaschen wie Putzlappen, einen Fön gab es nicht auf dem Zimmer, der Duschvorhang war schimmlig, es gab keine Ablage für die Waschtasche, keine Möglichkeit, die Koffer abzulegen. Die Betten waren unbequem und tw. defekt. Der Kaffee war gar nicht gut. Das kennt man in Italien überhaupt nicht.
Für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise alles sicher kein Thema aber wir wollten von dort aus Florenz, Pisa und Lucca erkunden, haben uns aber nach einer Nacht entschieden, eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Die vollen Kosten für Frühstück und Steuer und natürlich Unterkunft für die nicht dort verbrachten Nächte mussten wir dennoch bezahlen. Kulanz gab es hier nicht.
