Personal is nice and helpful :)
Pros:

We stayed here more night when we were in Hanoi, they also stored our luggages for 3 days and when we came back, we stayed here two more nights. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Big noise from the street. Ask for quiet room.
