Pros:

Ļoti laba vieta, ar dārzu, savu auto novietošanas vietu. Viss tīrs, par daudz ko padomāts. Lai arī aprīkots 60 - to gadu stilā, bet viss nepieciešamais bija. Internets labs, apsilde ir.

Cons:

Rudenī aukstas grīdas, vairāk der kā vasaras mājvieta. Trūkst mikroviļņu krāsns.
