Hotel ok, but Ne cheated us at checkout charging us more than our original booking

Close to airport. Convenient

Cons:

I paid for hotel under Booking. Com but used shuttle to/from airport, and also some room food. But at checkout, in addition to incidental fees they pointed to sign showing an 8% tax not covered, plus I was paying by credit card so an additional 3% charge. But the desk clerk Ne argued with me on charges and charged me 1,020,600 VD for something I have no idea for. Can you please recover this amount for me? It is greater amount than the Booking fee to begin with. Very unhappy for this checkout experience. She spoke English very poorly so hard to communicate with her.

Schönes Zimmer, sauber und bequeme Betten. Hotel ist sehr nah zum Flughafen. Gutes Thai-Restaurant direkt neben an.

Cons:

Alles gut, zumindest als Zwischenhalt in der Nähe vom Flughafen.

Room was spacious and clean, but AC had problems and need a shower curtain in the bathroom.

Cons:

The AC in our room was not getting cold enough even when set at 17 degrees (we asked the staff to check to make sure it was turned on properly). Also, there are no shower curtains in the bathrooms! Quite surprised when we asked and had to shower crouched down to avoid splashing the floor.. very uncomfortable :(

Stay next to airport
Pros:

Good if you want to catch an early flight. It took us 5 mins in the morning to get to the International terminal. There are some restaurants and supermarket nearby too.

Cons:

Even though the room was non-smoking and generally smelled okay, some cigarette smell was coming through when the AC was on.

Good Value - Close to Airport
Pros:

Clean and large room. Bed and pillows were firm which I like. Cafe was good and staff were all very friendly.

Cons:

A bit street noise and only one key that operates the master control. AC turned off when leaving hotel room.
