Needs a make over
Pros:

I pre booked this place after a few days in Papallacta Springs. I messaged the property the day before and no reply so I cancelled the booking

Cons:

I walked from the hot springs to this property after messaging and not receiving a reply.
I arrived at 2.30 as it says check in is from 2.30 to 3 ?? This was the day before I was too check in.
The ? Restaurant was open. Noone around. Very grubby looking and messy. I looked around the property and it was overgrown and unkempt. The rooms upstairs looked run down from outside.
I waited for 2 days for a reply but cancelled my booking that night.
It was a decent walk from the Springs and other restaurants.
Ive only done this to help others as I didn't stay there.

Definitely stay here when you are in Papallacta!
Pros:

This accommodation was really good and the owners are very hardworking. It's close to the hot springs, less than 5 mins walk, and I felt safe going even at night as a solo female. Breakfast was included and a well appreciated gesture. The shower was very hot and the surroundings are immaculate.

Cons:

Just ask for a heater if it's too cold for you, I'm an island girl 😁

Pros:

Ubicacion y buen precio. Me dieron agua caliente & cafe para el cuarto la noche antes de que madruge. Cuatro mantas en la cama dan calor. Me aprestan otra toalla seca para traer a las termas.

Cons:

Expectativas comunes no son comunes; por ejemplo, si las horas de descanso son hasta las 8 de la manyana, porque obreros trabajando bajo de la ventana desde las 7? Si no es cafe, por que poner la etiqueta "cafe"? Dificultaba la communicacion a veces.

Pros:

Sitio tranquilo y muy bueno para pasar la noche.
No pude tomar el desayuno debido a que tenia que salir muy temprano por la mañana. Las instalaciones son acogedoras y cómodas también.

Cons:

No es un punto negativo exactamente pero el calefactor que me dieron para mi cuarto no funcionaba y se notaba bastante antiguo. Quizas revisarlos o cambiarlos resulte muy útil porque si hace un buen de frio (normal cuando estas en altura).
