Alpacas and close to hot springs.
Pros:

Proximity to the hot springs.
Alpacas in the beautiful garden.
Heater in the room.

Cons:

We had laundry done at the hostel. It was expensive. We didn’t ask the price beforehand and it also wasn’t told to us.
We asked for simple rice and beans. The chef offered to make us a “special” vegan meal since they couldn’t modify the menu to suit our needs. We were charged more than anything else on the menu for the special dish he prepared. The price wasn’t told to us ahead of time.
Upon checkout, we questioned the, what we thought were, exorbitant charges. They did adjust the prices in the end but transparency at the beginning would have been nice. We also accept responsibility for not checking.

1. La administradora del Hotel poco cordial para nada amable, preguntamos si tenía meriendas dijo que no ... Tampoco nos ofreció platos a la carta ni snacks que disponían.
2. Al momento de entregar las llaves sin ni siquiera regresar a ver únicamente dijo gracias y nada más

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett & hat sich Mühe gegeben, beim Frühstück großzügig. Die warmen Thermen waren nicht weit. Tee & Kaffe(instant) ganztags zum selber nehmen fand ich gut! Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in guter Lage mit tollem Personal! Ein serieuser Taxifahrer mit korrektem Preis zum Flughafen konnte das Personal organisieren. Danke ich würde wieder kommen!

Cons:

Hohes Bett vor dem Fenster verdeckt den Blick auf die schöne Landschaft & macht Zimmer dunkel.

Pros:

Fijne locatie dichtbij de thermen, prima ontbijt. Medewerker Joel is de enige die een beetje Engels spreekt en hij doet erg zijn best om het gasten naar de zin te maken.

Cons:

Het is er koud en een kachel in het restaurant zou welkom zijn. Op onze eerste avond hadden we om 17.30u diner besteld voor 19u, maar dit kregen we uiteindelijk zonder overleg pas om 19.30u omdat er een ander gezin binnen was gekomen. Dit voelde onwelkom.
Onze was zou binnen een uur klaar zijn maar kregen we uiteindelijk pas 10u later terug na meerdere keren vragen.
‘s Morgens heel vroeg blaffen er honden op straat.

L'emplacement proche de différentes thermes et de l'accès au parc coca cayembe.
La chambre spacieuse, literie confortable, eau bien chaude et un chauffage d'appoint efficace
Le petit dej inclus, les repas très peu chers et l'excellent rapport qualité prix
La vue de la chambre n°6 sur la.vallée et le volcan (par beau temps)
Le soin apporté au jardin (fleuri), les.llamas domestiques
Et bien sûr la bonne humeur, la.joie et le sourire.permanent de Joël .

Cons:

Comment rendre le grand restaurant plus "cosy": plus de chauffage ? Une cheminée ? Plus de couleurs?

Pros:

Location was great and within walking distance to the hot springs. A good selection of restaurants in the vicinity with several staying open until 11pm to allow dining after the hot spring closes at 10.30pm

Cons:

There seemed to be a problem with the hot water. Ended up showering at the hot springs so wasn't a major problem and didn't get around to reporting it at the hotel.

Hospedaje cerca de las Termas
Pros:

Mi habitación tenía calentador y dormí muy a gusto.

Cons:

Las Termas quedan lejos de donde te bajas, es incómodo de llegar y complejo conseguir un transporte, casi que solo taxi y ese tipo de servicio no es del todo de mi confianza...
