Friendly accommodating staff & beautiful location soooo close to hot springs! Breakfast that came with the room was tasty and prepared gluten free for those of us with dietary restriction. The dinner menu is also delicious! The staff even dried our swim suits and towels at the thermals for a small fee. This boutique hotel was surrounded by rolling green mountains, and a baby llama was born on the property the day we arrived! The landscaping is well maintained and very attractive. The staff played the World Cup games for us on the large TV in the dining area!

Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil et très aimable, le petit déjeuner excellent et l’emplacement très joli. Le dollar de réduction pour les thermes est non-négligeable.

Cons:

Il y fait très froid, que ce soit dans les pièces communes ou dans les chambres (le petit radiateur fonctionne difficilement…) et la douche met du temps à chauffer. Les murs sont très fins et c’est peu réjouissant quand les voisins ont une conversation toute la nuit…

Sehr liebes Personal und gutes Restaurant unten. Auch die Wäscherei hat schnell und gut geklappt. Sehr ruhige Lage

Cons:

Sehr kalte Zimmer, v.a. wenn es draußen mal schlechtes Wetter hat (was in Papallacta häufiger mal vorkommt). Relativ hellhörig zu den Nachbarzimmern. Etwas ab vom Schuss, zwischen Dorf und Thermenanlagen, die man aber recht schnell zu Fuß erreichen kann.

L'emplacement est idéal pour aller aux thermes.
L'eau chaude arrive après 5 minutes d'attente, mais elle est là.
Il y a suffisamment de couvertures et les draps sont chaud.

Cons:

Le prix affiché par Booking n'est pas celui qu'il a fallu que je paye: il faut rajouter plus de 3$ !
Pas de chauffage alors qu'il fait froid et humide à Papallacta !
Les couvertures sont les unes sur les autres et le drap du dessus n'a pas de revers ce qui fait que tout le monde touche avec son visage les couvertures et je ne pense pas qu'elles soient laver après chaque client... pas très hygiénique...
Les couvertures avaient une odeur pas très agréables d'ailleurs.
Le petit déjeuner est léger.
