Bliskość metra, bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania, wygodne łóżka, spoko siłka i basen

Cons:

Na wejściu uderzył nas smród z kanalizacji i niestety utrzymywał się cały pobyt, co ogólnie wpłynęło słabo na komfort, słaby internet w pokoju, słychać hałas z ulicy, przy wymeldowaniu był jakiś problem z ręcznikami że rzekomo brudne- hotel zachęca do częstego niewymieniania ręczników a później czepia się że ręczniki nie są przejrzyście białe (my w ciągu trzech dni nie korzystaliśmy ze sprzątania więc oczywiste są ślady zwykłego użytkowania), finalnie nie pobrano nam kaucji ale niesmak pozostał.

It could have been a lot better if the Hotel management would just wake up to the needs of it’s visitors
Pros:

Location good close to MRT, Union mall and Central Plaza which is accessible through Union Mall second floor right at the back on the left. and the breakfast is superb except that the bacon should be crispy instead it is soft and beyond chewing so people picked but left it on the plate but other wise breakfast was superb with many choices

Cons:

Completely Chinese orientated, I had forgotten this from a previous stay.
The room had a flat screen tv but was completely useless to me only Thai and loads of Chinese language programs absolutely NO English language and for what purports to be a four star hotel that is disgraceful.
But I have learned and will not stay again, it surely cannot be too much to ask for just one channel in English, when lesser 2 star hotels have it as standard DW news or France 24 or Euro news,they are in the system but do not open. I know the BBC is banned in Thailand but those I have mentioned are not.
With thousands staying here annually just one customer would more than pay the subscription for world wide channels
