Worst location, need a bigger sign for anyone to see, driver had to circling the block several times before one of the passengers noticed a small sign, when we finally pulled up the driveway leads to the hotel lobby then we saw a large sign painted on the driveway inside the building, makes no sense…
Location is very convenient
Japan style room too small, walk way make little wider,
Keep more tea and coffee in the room. There were 4 of us and they only give 2. Each time we have to ask.
The room service crew is very friendly and accommodating. She always checks if we need something and if we are ok. She made our stay very enjoyable. The location is near public transportation including airport bus. Public market is also accessible for food.

Too small
Metro station was just 2 minutes walk from the hotel and surprisingly Mall is just adjacent to the metro station. There's a bunch of restaurants to choose to and some delicacies to taste.
Swimming pool was not available during our stay which my children were looking up to.
