There was absolutely nothing to like about this experience. The hotel was incredibly dirty, failing to meet even basic standards of cleanliness. To make matters worse, the staff was entirely unsupportive; they collected my payment immediately but completely refused to provide an official invoice. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this property entirely—there are no positive aspects to justify staying here.

I strongly suggest avoiding this hotel entirely. The cleanliness of the property was highly unacceptable, as the hotel was extremely dirty throughout.
Furthermore, the staff was completely unsupportive. While they processed my payment promptly, they consistently failed to provide me with an invoice despite my requests. Given the poor customer service and the lack of basic hygiene, I cannot recommend staying here under any circumstances. I advise looking elsewhere for your accommodations.

Avoid if you can!!

I need to really think hard!! Not much.

Cons:

Lack of transparency during checkin and checkout. Delay in giving our rooms when we checked. Rooms are dusty and small.During check out found they have added a day worth of charge on my bill. I clearly remember talking to the lady we were going to stay for only one day and we had messaged through booking com website about this. At checkin not once did they say they were tagging me with this. My issue is not the charge itself it's more the eay they slid in charge. I also recall another customer having room service bill issues.

If you still decide here, i urge you to review bills before checking out.

Most of visitors come to Guruvayur for temple visit. Hotel is located appropriate place
