Beautiful gem in Antigua
Pros:

Beuatiful quiet place 15 min walk from the centre of Antigua. Peter, the owner of this place, and his lovely wife are excellent hosts. In the morning they do their absolute best to take care of their guests and served them breakfast. Very lovely couple. Gave us good tips what to see and where to go for a nice lunch/dinner. Rooms are small but tidy and nice warm shower is a plus.
Peter and I even find our we are both chemical engineers and studied at the same university in Sweden. Such a beautiful coincidence. Loved this place and recommend it to anyone.

Cons:

That we had to leave.

Beautiful oasis outside town center
Pros:

I loved the gardens and animals around the property (peacocks, chickens, a cat). The room was comfortable and there were plenty of places to sit and relax around the property. The breakfast was 10/10, very generous, fast, delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The main downside is the location which is a 10-15 minute uber ride from the town center. It is on a narrow dead end road so it can take a long time to go back and forth. It’s possible to walk but it would be a long walk esp if you are planning on walking around a lot anyway. The only other minor thing is that the shower has no light. Showering in the dark was somewhat annoying.
