Pros:

Location fine

Cons:

Breakfast first started at 8 am. I left the hotel 7.30, so my breakfast was on a petrol station
Wifi were only time to time good in the room. To get proper access I need to go to reception area

A very easy place to stay in.
Pros:

Stayed in Tully's three times over the last six months for personal reasons. Well used to the hotel, its facilities and the staff. And for me, the location is spot on.

Over priced and not 3 star standard
Pros:

Staff were lovely and room was warm, breakfast was good.

Cons:

No WiFi in room, more attention needs to be paid to cleaning as coffee drips on locker, peeling paint in bathroom

I will be staying in Tully's again, that is for sure.
Pros:

Breakfast very good.
Location perfect for my needs.
Staff were very helpful in getting me wreaths for my dad's grave.

Cons:

Towels could have been newer and bigger.

The rooms need major renovation
Pros:

We only arrived late at night and we were gone by 6 so didnt get a chance to have breakfast or dinner

Shower didnt work properly water hitting the ceiling and the shower door was broken

Tully's is treasure!
Pros:

The location was perfect. The room was spacious and excellent. The kettle, with tea/coffee/milk, was an unexpected bonus. The bathroom was palatial. The breakfast was top-class. The staff were wonderfully helpful. The manager gave me a lift to the train station. Thank you, again.

Cons:

There was Wifi on the ground floor but, sadly, not in my room.

Pros:

I have stayed here before and will do so again. I have to visit the area in occasion and Tully's is ideal for me.
All the staff are very welcoming, room nice and warm as was the shower.

Cons:

The Wi Fi could be better.

Lovely staff. Room was what I expected for the price but with a few small changes could be better.
Pros:

The staff were very nice and the breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious and bathroom was large and had obviously recently been done up and was well presented.

Cons:

The bathroom floor was sticky and the towels were small and not great quality. There was a large stain on one of my towels. It had been washed but the stain which was either fake tan or make up had not come out. It was off putting to be provided with a towel with a big stain on it.
The furnishings in the rooms are really old fashioned.
