Pros:

Престоят ни в хотел Landmark Creek, макар за 1 нощ, беше превъзходен.
Нов хотел, с просторни, уютни и чисти стаи, построен в зеления парк на Гребната база.
Персоналът ни посрещна и обгрижиха с внимание. Благодаря за отношението към децата, които получиха подаръци и специално отношение.

Pros:

I loved it all! Hotel is amazing and I will come back! I had amazing sleep because it was silent, and the view from my balcony was amazing. Staff is very kind and everything was clean.

Pros:

The room with a mountain view on the 6th floor was gorgeous!

Cons:

Walls are too thin. The Thermal zone was not working (only the sauna was open but the couch in the relax area in front of it reeked of old sweat) - and this in winter, when it's most desired, and only days after they rebranded the hotel to include the word Wellness in the name.

Pros:

Чудесен хотел - чист, уютен и удобен. Стаята беше просторна, комфортна и добре отоплена през ноември, с всичко необходимо и с прекрасна гледка.
Мястото край гребния канал е много красиво, с алея за разходка.
Персоналът беше много приветлив и любезен.
Храната също беше чудесна.
Препоръчвам и бих посетитела отново.

It is a quite place, good for relaxing away from the city noise.

Cons:

I didn’t like that there were planned construction activities, and nobody mentioned this when I made the reservation. I only found out upon my arrival.
There was construction noise, which made my stay less than satisfactory.
Miscommunication between reception and housekeeping caused inconvenience when they entered the room while we were inside, without knocking on the door.
