Biz üç ayda Süper hero odalarda kaldık gölet manzaralı burada problem şu her gün odalarda bulunan suların yenilenmesi veyahut da temizlik yapılması için kapıya kart basıldıktan sonra temizliğin yapılması gibi bazı konularda problemler yaşadık örneğin 3 odanın üçünün de biten suları her sabah değiştirilmedi sadece bir tanesini değiştirdi diğer iki tanesi değiştirilmedi yerine konmadı bile bir odanın kapısına temizlenmesi için kart bırakıldığında o da temizlenmedi ayrıca bu odalardaki yatakların yataklarda bulunan yastıklar yeterli değil dolaplarda da ek yedek yastıkları bulunmuyor bunun için bir önlem alınması lazım bu sefer geldiğimizde odanın komple tabanı kaplayan halı yeteri kadar temiz değildi çok hafif bir küf kokusu vardı o yüzden çok sevemedik bir önce geldiğimizde arkaya bakan ortada kalmıştık ilk defa süper olur da kalıyoruz yani buradalara dikkat edilirse durumun daha iyi olacağını inanıyorum çünkü biz bu tiritten çok seviyoruz

Otelin bulunduğu konum itibariyle sessiz spora ve yürüyüşe müsait olması hemen bir tane göletin kenarında bulunması bu gölette olan her gün olan veyahut da hafta içi olan faaliyetlerin sürekli olması insanı rahat da erdiriyor ve huzurlu bir ortama kavuşmasını sağlıyor en beğendiğimiz nokta bu oldu

Biz üç aile olarak gittik 3 tane deluxe odada kaldık 3 ayrı delux odada kaldık fakat her gün her odanın temizliği veyahut da suların değiştirilmesi gibi değişik yapılması gereken faaliyetler her oda için aynı standartta yapılmadı örneğin bir odanın suyu her gün değiştirilirken kaldığınız diğer iki odanın soruları değiştirilmedi iki odanın temizliği yapılırken diğer odanın kapısına temizlik yapılsın diye kart bırakmamıza rağmen o odanın temizliği yapılmadı artı odaların içerisindeki bazı malzemelerin eskiyi yıpranmış ve ciddi şekilde aşınmış olduğunu gördük bu bizi üzdü ayrıca otelin içerisinde ayrıca odanın içerisinde bulunan yataklardaki çarşaf ve yastıkların yetersiz olduğu yastıkların çok ince olduğu ikinci bir yastık alabileceğimiz herhangi bir başvuru yeri veyahut da dolapta olmadı gibi çeşitli olumsuzlukları sevmedik ayrıca otel kısmında asansör tek asansör olduğu için bu asansör çok yavaş eski bir asansör ABD grupları için 2 ayrı asansör var ama her bir gruba çıkan asansör bir tane olduğundan dolayı sıradaki demek cidden çok fazla çok uzun sürüyor örneğin 7 kata çıkıyorsun altıncı kata çıkıyorsun 5 kata çıkıyorsun sen 1nci katta bekliyorsun yani bu yaklaşık olarak 10 dakikalık zamanını alabiliyor yani buradan bir çözüm bulunması gerekiyor

מלון מצוין,חדרים גדולים נוחים,מרפסת גדולה לשבת בערב. אפילו יש מתלה כביסה במרפסת. מקלחת גדולה וטובה.
אומנם המלון לא במרכז העיר,אבל זה נסיעה ממש קצרה במונית או ברכב,ויש חניה נוחה ממש במרכז במחיר של יורו לשעה

Разкошен хотел! Препоръчвам.
Pros:

Разкошен хотел разположен на спокойно място с много чисти стаи и изключителен персонал любезен и учтив. А гостите на хотела които не са посещавали масажиста и масажното студио все едно са ходили до рим и не са видяли папата уникален масаж.

A perfect hotel.
Pros:

This continues to be my favourite hotel to stay in anywhere across Europe. Every visit reinforces why I keep coming back. The staff are exceptional—multilingual, professional, courteous, and always genuinely welcoming. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they consistently go out of their way to ensure that guests feel valued and at home. Their attention to detail and willingness to help create an atmosphere that is both relaxed and first-class. Combined with the excellent facilities and consistently high standards, it is a hotel that I would recommend without hesitation and one that I always look forward to returning to
