Super clean and nice fluffy towels.
The Hotel was close to everything, very clean, friendly and accommodating staff.

Great location, clean room, comfortable bed. Great continenatal breakfast, loved that they had a fridge and microwave for use downstairs for there guests. Friendly and helpful staff.
In case of a fire the fire escape window to the outside not sufficient. They have wire up to keep the pigeons out but no way for someone to get out of that area if needed. A suggestion maybe to have a ladder out there and a way to open up the wire to escape if case of emergency. Only had a rain shower head, not everyone wants to get there hair wet in a shower, adding a hand held shower head would have been great. Im sure the cleaning staff would love a hand held attachment as well for easier cleaning.
Felt like my own little home away from home for two days. Very conveniently located downtown. Felt safe and secure. The breakfast was fantastic as well.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Communication with staff was excellent. Continental breakfast was good. Location hard to beat, right in the middle of downtown.

Parking situation a bit difficult as you have to rely on street parking. Not much can be done about that. Also the breakfast was a little light, but it's not much of a complaint.

The only downside was parking. Street parking was metered during the day.
What a perfect way to begin our honeymoon! Sam from guest services was very responsive and set us up with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and bottle of champagne presented in a lovely stand. The room was exceptionally clean and modern with a big comfy bed an awesome shower with some of the best toiletries we've ever experienced. Complimentary loofahs were a really nice touch too.
Overall one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. Highly recommend!
Parking can be an issue as there is no dedicated parking for the hotel so you have to find street parking. The staff were however very helpful to make sure we found parking nearby which was luckily free due to it being Canada Day.
The continental breakfast offered is decent but tough for someone with sensitivities to sugar/gluten.
Das Hotel ist an bester Lage um die Kleinstadt Nelson zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind nicht überaus gross, aber sehr sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Würden es sofort wieder buchen.
