The staff was nice and friendly, the hotel was clean and tidy, however the whole AC system is OUTDATED and needs to be changed. I stayed for two nights when the temperature in town was around 38C and there was NO AC in the room. I asked to change rooms and the staff kindly showed me two other rooms but the AC was deficient and not cooling at all. The hotel should be avoided at all cost during the summer month and they should consider updating their AC with no further delay. What a shame!

Quartos com pouca insonorização. Infelizmente ficamos num quarto ao lado de pessoas que não respeitam os outros e fizeram muito barulho durante a noite.

Struttura ben tenuta, in ordine e pulita. Personale gentile e pronto a soddiafare le richieste del cliente. Mi e' stato possibile posticipare il check out di circa 1 ora senza sovraprezzi.

Vicinanza al centro, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, la cordialità del personale e la pulizia della camera. Nonostante in un primo tempo nn vi fosse la disponibilità di posto auto nel loro garage al nostro arrivo si sono adoperati ed hanno trovato una sistemazione. Colazione di ottima qualità e complimenti all'addetto bar per l'esecuzione dell'ottimo cappuccino Torneremo.

Уютный отель, прекрасный персонал , дружелюбные, кроме одной синьоры, которая была у бара в зоне завтрака, не здоровалась , игнорила 🤷🏼♀️
На завтрак подавалась свежая, вкусная выпечка, но из горячего были только взбитые яйца с беконом, к моему удивлению не было даже варенных яиц 🤷🏼♀️
