Bien situé dans la ville. Très calme et environnement agréable. Grande chambre et enfin un très bon accès internet ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas.
Location was perfect for us to walk from the train station, rooms were big and very clean.

Nothing it was exactly what we needed
The room was extremely clean and of good dimensions, great position and fairly quiet from main streets but over the internal parking of the hotel.
Staff quite reactive but definitely not proactive.
Things didn't run so smoothly. Not sure if they are not used to deal with international travellers.
Check in took ages for still not sure what reason, cleaning lady coming into the room even if I was inside saying "NO" 10 times, problems with water pressure in the shower and one night basically none (they said it was in the whole city but I noticed the other nights too and a prompt communication would have been useful before me asking after staying 15min in the shower trying to make it work)
Walking distant to a lot of restaurants. Staffs are friendly.
There is no heater for cold days, the aircon is for cooling only.
The location, the room was very clean, as was the whole area around the hotel. The woman was very helpful and polite
The gentleman in reception when we arrived did not understand that we had a booking with Booking.com. refused to give me our passport back, I even showed him the booking and the booking they had put in their book. He didn't seem to understand and we didn't understand him.I spoke to a woman who apologized after I explained to her and showed her the booking. I believe she was in charge
