Please update the location! Otherwise it is FAKE
Pros:

It is brand new 1 bedroom apartment. Every single peace is brand new and working (stove, freezer, washer...).
Flat is extremely clean. Grocery store is inside the building. Fitness center is inside the building. Host is very responsive and helpful.

1) "Sabah Residence" or "Sabah Walk"? Well. Then change address from SƏBAİL. T. ƏLİBƏYOV QARD. KÜÇ. EV-10. MƏN. 4, Sabayil , AZ1000 Baku, Azerbaijan to "Sabah Residence", Baku, Azerbaijan. It is that simple. I guess you not doing this because it will reveal your real location:

2) You list sauna as one of the amenities in the room:

Everything listed in this section supposed to be free. Building amenities should be listed in other section and mention "for a fee" in case they are not included in price.

We were charged $75, we received discount as we used fitness center for 3 days, not for month. But $75*2 =$150.

3) Rename your place to Sabah Residence and everyone will find it, taxi drivers included.

4) I did not expect Maybach but couple times Bolt told me that Mercedes should come - but it turned to be Toyota or similar. It is nothing to do with your apartment though.

5) Again ,I wrote before and repeated again - taxi problems have nothing to do with your apartment. How more FAIR I can be? You stressed out -that everything is new - but I mentioned it upfront in my review. About the price ...

Cons:

1) First, the claimed location is incorrect. It is not across Sheraton 4 seasons. It is not in the park near the beach. It is not close to old city (Icheri Shaher) Actually, it is the first time I face that location is that inaccurate. We were able to find it by finding CROCUS Fitness only. Address listed is not findable at least by google maps and BOLT taxi drivers.
I'd nether book this apartment would I know it's actual location.
2) Second, sauna is NOT included in price. We need to pay additional $150 to use it (it was not working though). But swimming pool and Turkish bath was good addition.... but costly.
3) Registration was done by security person who not understand English (has some (very little) Russian. Only cash is accepted. ATM is in the building.
4) As I wrote before the location is not in the city center. So you need to call taxi. We used BOLT and despite I ordered luxury car and was told that Mercedes will come - only rusty Toyota showed up. I know it is nothing to do with apartment - but it is something what location pushed you to deal with.

At the wrong adress
Pros:

Shops (supermarket, drugstore, pharmacy) in the residence complex 👍

Cons:

ATTENTION! The hotel was at a completely different address than indicated!! We had it further to the old center. The accommodation is in a run down residence so there was dust everywhere. There was no toiletries.. Knowing this fact, we would have stayed elsewhere. No Wifi!
