Surprising country and great hotel well worth a visit.
Pros:

The hotel is placed perfectly in the centre of city. Easy to get to places and the staff are very helpful, kind and always polite. They are happy to help you with directions, recommendations. The rooms are kept very clean and the bar area is excellent. Great selection of beers, local and international. Local restaurants nearby and easy to find somewhere further afield if that is want you want.

Cons:

The only real down side is that it can get quite noisy with the traffic (if you have a room on the wrong side)
The white wine was not stored in a cooler, just on display. It was a very nice bottle (Italian) though, maybe could do with some Albanian wine which I tried elsewhere and that was also lovely.
