How horrible is this property? A one-star rating does not even begin to encapsulate the catastrophic disaster we walked into.

Where do I even start? None of the sockets in the room worked. Not one. In 2026, a room without functioning plug sockets is beyond unacceptable. The entire place was coated in dust — not light surface dust, but the kind that suggests it hasn’t been properly cleaned in months. It felt worse than an attic that hasn’t been opened in over a century.

The infestation was the most disturbing part. There were flies everywhere — and I do not mean one or two. I am talking about what felt like at least a hundred scattered across the room: on the bed, along the floor, around the bathtub. On top of that, there were bugs crawling in multiple areas of the room. It was deeply unsettling and completely unhygienic. No guest should ever have to sleep in conditions like that.

To make matters worse, the customer service was abysmal. Staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and showed no urgency or accountability when these serious issues were raised. There was no apology, no meaningful solution — just indifference.

This was not a minor inconvenience. This was a fundamental failure in cleanliness, maintenance, and basic hospitality standards. I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to think twice. It was, without exaggeration, one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had.

One star feels generous.
