The room was on the ground floor with the windows wide open. Rats or people could have walked throug

We got no breakfast there was tiny cups

Cons:

Had to pay 100£ deposit when arrived at the hotel .
Two men came in late at night
Mould on the curtains
Two small towels for two nights
The ceiling had mould
Very loud noise upstairs
Bins right outside our window

Cons:

Walked in to a dirty room, had to wait for the cleaner to come back and clean it. Took them almost a month to return my security deposit as well. Awful experience

Cons:

I booked and paid for a room on the same day. Literally one hour before we were to check in the cancelled our booking leaving us nowhere to go and no time to book anything else.

Horrible and felt robbed
Pros:

Our safety and health had been compromised and the property manager has made no effort to resolve this issue before it had escalated

We feel as though we have been robbed and not once has this property try to make it better we could not sleep there as there were flies everywhere mold in the bathroom and no windows
