Excellent stay, good value for money, great positioning and helpfull staff. Strongly reccomend
Pros:

The hotel has very good position at a walking distnce to Galata port and Taksim square. There are parking areas very close to the hotel and a lot of traditional coffee shops and restaurants on the same street.

The hotel manager Murat has been very understanding and has helped with any request I had, and also the cleaning lady has been great.

Wifi works perfectly, I had a room with small kitchen and could prepare something it I wanted, but there are so many good restaurants close. I choose one night a rooftop restaurant that is accross the street and the food and view was amazing.

The hotel is nice and cozy and I would come back anytime.

We loved our stay, the staff are very friendly and helpful!
Pros:

It was in a good location close to everything!

Cons:

The housekeeping was not very thorough they did not clean the rooms properly and bedding was not changed often enough.

اجمل شي في الفندق تعامل الطاقم كلهم بدون استثناء لطيفين وودودين وكرماء ويبذلون قصارى جهدهم لتكون اقامتك مريحة

هادي ومريح وآمن وقريب من اغلب الاماكن التي احتاجها ، وبجواره ماركت صغير ومقاهي ايضا وافطار خفيف على السريع

لا شيء ، ولكن موقع الفندق على طريق منحدرة قد يكون متعبا للاشخاص الغير متعودين على الصعود أو الذين يعانون من مشاكل صحية

Teleurstellend door de matige hygiëne en de kamer die niet aan de verwachtingen voldeed.

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De kamer voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen op basis van de foto’s op Booking. Dit was erg teleurstellend. Bovendien was de hygiëne onvoldoende; het bed en de badkamer waren slecht onderhouden en er was op meerdere plekken schimmel zichtbaar.

Pros:

Персонал был очень приветливым, в любой ситуации помогал. Расположение отличное, но нужно забираться вверх от улицы Meclis-i Mebusan Cd, но для Стамбула это норма

Cons:

На первом этаже было прохладно в номере, скорее всего это связано с погодой на улице, но на верхних этажах было теплее

Die Vorfälle werden von unserem Anwalt und Polizei weiter verfolgt

Es war grausam für mich und die Familie absolut nicht empfehlenswert

Cons:

Als erstes bekamen wir unser gebuchtes Zimmer nicht mit der Begründung, in Ihrem Zimmer ist die Dusche defekt, wir bekommen am nächsten Tag unser Zimmer sagten Sie als wir um 16 Uhr am nächsten Tag nachfragten, haben die gesagt es ist zu spät Sie hatten bis 15 Uhr Zeit, Ihr Zimmer ist weg ! Daraufhin haben wir Polizei angerufen, dann waren die freundlich und baten uns den Differenz an, am nächsten Tag wurde 80€ von unserem Zimmer geklaut und als wir das meldeten haben die es ignoriert als wir eine Bewertung hinterlassen haben, haben die uns den Differenz versprochen und die 80€ wenn wir unsere Bewertung löschen, ich hatte vorgeschlagen dass wir die Entschädigung bekommen und ich daraufhin die Löschung beantrage, jedoch haben die am Ende uns keinen Cent gegeben, Zimmer war dreckig, unfreundliches Personal kommt hinzu absolut nicht zu empfehlen
