Unbelievable value for money!
Pros:

Very new and comfortable.
Amazing location.
Easy self check in.

Cons:

Was a bit hard to navigate the doors and corridors to find the right stairs.

Nice stay
Pros:

Nice and clean hotel in the main square of Mons!. It is self check-in hotel, but the communication is ok. I received instructions for parking, restaurants (we had 10% discount at the restaurant which is at the ground floor and also a welcome drink).

Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine Top Lage und ist sehr sauber. Die Zugangstechnik funktioniert sehr gut. Kein nerviges Warten am Empfang. Gleich ins Zimmer gehen und wohlfühlen.

Cons:

Der Treppenaufgang kann mit Koffern eine Challange werden. Die Dachbalken im Zimmer und im Bad bedürfen ständiger Beachtung, da sie ansonsten Schmerzen verursachen können 😀

Pros:

Super schoon en netjes! En netflix op de tv was inbegrepen.

Cons:

Was even wennen met het volledig autonoom draaien van het hotel. Geen personeel terplekke. Maar alle geautomatiseerde berichten waren duidelijk dus alles ging goed.

L'emplacement dans le centre est très pratique.
La literie et la déco de la chambre sont fabuleux.
La petite attention avec le verre offert et les moins 10% au restaurant sont très appréciable.
Nous avons une très agréable nuit.

Cons:

Un tout petit rail sous la porte d'entrée ou l'extinction des lumières du couloir dans la nuit empêcherait à la lumière de rentrer dans la chambre toute la nuit.

Confort de l hôtel , ambiance festive dans la ville à partir de 20h , merci

Nous avons vraiment tout adoré !
…..hébergement en plein centre et en duplex, deco,literie, la boisson offerte au bar, le personnel de ménag (souple malgré un départ un peu décalé).
Super moment passé ! À reprendre sans hésiter!

Juste au niveau de la réservation, vous nous envoyez un mail une semaine avant la date du séjour pour finaliser la réservation avec un lien qui n est pas accessible, que vous nous renvoyez la veille du séjour. Pas trop d interêt, si ce n est que nous poser des questions inutiles !

Système de clé cadenas avec code, OK quand cela fonctionne. Ça n’a pas été le cas pour nous. Il a fallu faire appel, changer de code...

Nuit agréable , endroit à recommander
Pros:

Réservation facile avec un excellent suivis . La chambre etait parfaite . Les différents coins ( salon, chambre, sdb.) sont vraiment bien disposés et aménagés.

Cons:

Un bruit de claquement était un peu gênant durant toute la nuit … je pense que cela venait de la climatisation.
