Good Budget Hotel
Pros:

Sea Shell Hut was a great budget stay in Phi Phi. The location is excellent—less than a 5-minute walk from the pier and right in the middle of the nightlife, so everything is very easy to reach. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a simple, affordable place in a great spot on the island, this is a solid choice.

Cons:

The beds and pillows were quite hard, and the room could do with a deeper clean as there was some damp, mould, and it generally looked like it could use a fresh coat of paint, but for a budget stay it was still okay overall.

Overall my stay was good for the money I paid, but I wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

The location is perfect. Right at the central market which is where my absolute favorite Thai restaurant - Panoi - is. The receptionist was very polite and sweet.

Cons:

The room is small, and the light in the bathroom didn't work properly. Also I got locked out one night and the fact that there isn't someone always there to help meant I slept on a bench.

It was really close to the center, comfortable bedroom

Cons:

Water leaked from the bathroom pipe, no curtain between the shower and toilet, and the mirror wasn't in front of the sink. The AC was moldy and the room wasn't clean.

A very disappointing stay
Pros:

It was in a good location on Phi Phi.

Cons:

The room was not clean at all! There were ants and a horrible smell from the toilet/ drain.

Niente di buono, era tutto fatiscente. Nessun tipo di pulizia e di manutenzione.

Cons:

Non ci è piaciuto nulla. Tutto sporco, macchie ovunque, una puzza incredibile di fogna, condizionatore sparato sul letto e umidità esagerata.

- po powrocie do pokoju 30 stopni, nie mozna odczepic karty od kluczyka (prawie zaspawane)
- lodowka podlaczona do glownego wlacznika pradu wiec gdy zostawisz cos w lodowce to w tych 30 stopniach nadaje sie do wyrzucenia

Pros:

La ubicación esta muy buena. Super céntrico, apenas llegas al puerto unas calles. No estas en plena calle de joda pero en 5 min llegas

Cons:

Phi phi se volvió un lugar muy caro con tema hospedaje entonces no se puede pretender mucho. En nuestro caso fuimos plena temporada del 1 al 4 de enero y pagamos 40€ la noche. Estuve en hoteles mucho mejores por ese precio pero a comparación de lo que piden otros esta bastante aceptable. El aire acondicionado enfriaba muy bien. Relación calidad precio para lo que hay esta bien. Habitación privada. Lo único a destacar negativo es que había bastantes hormigas pequeñas por toda la habitación. El hombre que nos hace el check in es muy amable. Podes pedir que te limpien la habitación y te cambien las toallas todos los dias. Algunas humedades en las paredes.
