Spacious and well maintained rooms, but location and insects are a drawback
Pros:

I had a pleasant stay overall. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with 24x7 hot water and a properly working AC. The property is new and well-kept.

Cons:

The location is on the outskirts along the highway, quite far from the main town. There’s no in-house dining, so I had to depend on Zomato for food. Autos and taxis are also difficult to get here, so the place is better suited if you have your own vehicle.

Another drawback is the insect issue after sunset — there were too many insects around the property and ants both inside and outside the room. Room service did try to clear them, but we still had to be extra careful with food remains.

Facilities needs better upkeep especially toilets.
Pros:

Property is relatively new

Cons:

Location is in the middle of nowhere & outside is full of mosquitos (inside the room was ok). But cannot open windows due to mosquitoes.
