Insgesamt gut!
Pros:

Ganz ruhig gelegen und viel Grün drumherum

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ein bisschen eng und der Balkon mit den Gittern finde ich unangenehm.
Rauchgeruch war auch vorhanden

Super Frühstück mit sehr aufmerksamen Personal! Gute Lage, am Waldrand ( optimal mit Hund) nicht weit vom Theater ( Starlight Express) entfernt

Enttäuschend. Entsprach nicht dem, was ausgeschrieben war.

Sehr ruhige Lage, kostenloser Parkplatz, durchschnittliches Frühstück.

Cons:

Von außen hat das Hotel einen Parkhaus-Charme. Im Zimmer befand sich nur das Nötigste. Dazu: absolut farblos, nichts Erfreuliches, nackte Wände, sehr hellhörig. Es hatte den Charme eines Krankenhauszimmers mit Bad: weiß und kalt. Der Kaffee am Morgen war wirklich grauenhaft und einen Cappuccino o. Ä. gab's nur gegen Aufpreis. Ich finde es wenig professionell, wenn sich das Personal während des Frühstücksbetriebes und vor den Augen aller selbst am Kaffeeautomaten bedient und ich als Gast den Filterkaffee vorgesetzt kriege. Ich erwarte ein Minimum an Zimmerservice (verstehe prinzipiell den Umweltgedanken), denn der Sinn eines Hotels ist ja nicht nur die bloße Übernachtung, sondern hat auch etwas mit Erholung zu tun. Da möchte ich mein Bett dann vielleicht auch nicht selbst machen, und ich bezahle ja schließlich auch dafür. Bei der Abreise wurde ich weder gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war, noch wurde mir eine gute Heimreise gewünscht. Ich habe dann einen schönen Tag gewünscht, was mit "Danke" erwidert wurde. Wenn ich auf Reisen bin, wünsche ich mir als HOTELGAST zu Recht etwas anderes.
