Pros:

Nothing liked because after booking confirmation when i go for check In ,they said Room is not available. I had to book other hotel.due to this i had to pay double of the rate for the hotel room.

Cons:

No value for online customers.Go direct and book hotel ,if you depend to the booking.com you may feel cheated.
