Good value for money
Pros:

The hotel is amongst a housing estate which at first presented a problem in finding it but the the welcome by Kirsty on our arrival was lovely.
The room was adequate but could do with abit of updating to make it more appealing..
The food was excellent as it was well portioned & hot on delivery to the table & menu was adequate & not too pricey.
The breakfast was definitely worth the purchase & easily set you up for the day.
All in all it was good value for money.
We were well situated for our trip to Woburn which was around 15 mins away & close to Milton Keynes centre..

Cons:

Their was nothing to really dislike..

Cleaners let themselves in my room woke me up both days 9.40am , complained and was angrily told yhr
Cons:

The cleaners woke me up both mornings at 10am!!!! by letting them selfs in my PRIVATE room absolutely terrible I had no clothes on and wasn’t sure if they see me , this was totally unacceptable for me , and to top it offf when I complained to the manager who I found rude and unprofessional to attack me more ir less straight away telling me that it’s my fault the cleaners came in my room woke me and took my privacy away because I should have had a do not disturb sign on my door ????? So I was in the wrong ???? This had never ever happened before in any other hotel That’s a first for me , has anyone had this happen before???? Anyway the manager then proceeded to accuse me of swearing the cleaners heard me apparently???? Well what can I say I complained about them ! Then the cleaners lied about me because I complained and got them in trouble obviously , anyway I said this is going nowhere they were hostile and rude with me so I said I don’t want this angry confrontation so I’ll leave it and I’m going goodbye 👋🏻 witch the lovely Manger (not!) shouted out “well you won’t be staying here again!!!!” That’s what you call customer service!!!! So if you fancy a stay at hotel with no privacy !! Early wake up call by someone opening your door coming in your room first thing in the morning!!! When your family could be half dressed or even worse and Managed by a unprofessional person who doesn’t know the meaning of customer care . If you complain your banned ! .

Great value hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Staff wonderful and friendly. Plenty of parking. Hotel was quiet with no disturbances. Plentiful breakfast included in the room rate.

Cons:

Bed a bit firm (!) and room is not the most stylish. However, for the price it's excellent value. Second stay here and will definitely book again.

Enjoyed my visit and would stay here again when next in the area.
Pros:

My room was comfortable and clean. It was very hot during my visit and the room got stuffy, but a fan was provided which did help. The staff were very pleasant, especially Steve who looked after everyone at breakfast time.

Cons:

There were slug trails on the carpet in the breakfast area so I think that should be looked into.
