Cons:

The bathroom could do with a bit of a make over as it looks like it was stuck in the 70/80s

Cracking little pub and the meals at breakfast and dinner are spot on.

The rooms could do with a bit of TLC but for the price can't really complain.

Great staff - Great value.
Pros:

Comfortable, good attitude of all staff and great value for money. Down-to-Earth food but delicious and great breakfast included in over-night fee. One mile from M1.

Cons:

Had to wait ten minutes or so for someone to check us in after using the dedicated "buzzer" at the entrance.

It was great for what we needed but we did checkout a day early due to the noise
Pros:

The staff and location were lovely . We ate at the restaurant which was very good .

Cons:

The fire alarm went off a few times and scared us . On the monday morning we were woken up by loud drilling somewhere in the building which went on for a good while .
