Pros:

Good sized room & comfortable bed

Cons:

Toilet didn't flush, cistern not filling up with water so had to fill bin in bedroom full of water to flush toilet. Full English Breakfast served but bacon, beans & mushroom were cold or just warm but the breakfast was replaced & served to the correct temp. Need to improve on the quality of the sausage, bacon & mushroom. My collegue also had a cold mushroom on the plate & srambled egg was dry.

Pros:

the hotel was situated in a very quiet area, the surrounding walking area was easily accessible, and sign posted. The atmosphere this bank holiday was really relaxing. There were bouncy castles for the children, plenty of tables and chairs, staff were serving food and drink non stop, always with a smile and cheerful disposition. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was neat and tidy. My sister stated she thought it was the best hotel we had stayed in over the last 3 years. The service was quick, the food cooked and served fresh as ordered. The choice of meals was excellent, and really value for money. The bar was also well stocked. It is a great place for families as children were welcomed and well catered for

Cons:

The shortage of disabled parking spaces, and the fact you could not reserve a disabled space once you found one

Pros:

Nothing really to complain about, really comfortable and quiet hotel. We have rebooked for December.

Cons:

Only a minor complaint. Toilet roll holder in the wrong place when sitting on the toilet as it gets in the way!!

Nice Staff
Pros:

Staff were helpful and work hard.

Attached to a Hungry Horse, the breakfast was good and the menu for dinner was very good

Room was very clean and staff cleaning rooms in the morning were quiet which was good when i stayed for afew nights and didnt have to get up

Bathroom was a good size.

The Family room was a very good size.
A double bed & 2 Single beds.

Cons:

The pillows are either to thin or two thick
Single bed has double bed duvets which makes them very heavy and they fall on the floor

Towel rail in bathroom wasnt working so bathroom was cold but a good selection on different size towels

Reception lights were off at night which was where you had to walk through to get outside, which wasnt great, and very little lighting outside the main entrance too.

Very strong air freshner in rooms and in corridor

Doors close very loudly, not a major issue but was woken twice around 5am by people leaving
(Due to inconsiderate people rather than a hotel issue)
