I waited one hour before they could clean a room ive booked 2 days prior

I like the pent floor for fresh air

The receptionist is unprofessional, he work on anger and not free with customers, always on his phone while submitting the order

me quede dos noches, tuve un problema con el primer cuarto (muy sucio), tal vez por llegar a las 9pm, al siguiente dia me queje y me cambiaron a un cuarto limpio y mucho mas comodo (con toalla, jabon y shampu, el primero no tenia, no se le habia hecho servicio tal vez).
otro problema es que al llegar no se me cobro lo que dice en booking, se me cobro mas y no querian recibir por tarjeta aunque si tenian

I hate everything about the place, no hot water, toilet don’t flush

Nothing good to say about that trashy place

Cons:

Everything from the arrogant none helpful staff to the broken bed, no towel, no soap no chair , so many live sea saw in the nasty shower and other insects, my body scratched whole night

Acqua tiepida e non calda e colazione misera con fette di pane neanche tostado e un caffe , senza neanche un drink.Piccioni che volavano sui tavoli.. La piscina è una mini vasca tra l altro fuori uso.

Está cerca de la zona colonial, tenía buen precio.

Cons:

Habían ratones en la terraza gigantes corriendo todo el día, el desayuno es un pan de agua tostado con una lonja de queso súper genérico, un café horrible y jugo de sobre, el personal es supremamente desagradable, cero formal, súper maleducados, escandalosos, el cocinero un venezolano horrible que siempre está de mal humor, y que carga a los huéspedes con sus desgracias.
