Good.
Pros:

Good location. Spotlessly clean. Everything was quite new.
A free coffee in the attached cafe of a morning was good. The place is quiet.

Cons:

I was in the ground floor room that looked out onto a white wall 1 metre away. At the time of my booking it was advertised as "garden view" . I complained on the basis that the description was misleading and we came to an arrangement. The description has now been changed and the "garden view" is no longer mentioned.
The bedroom I had was on the ground floor and had an opaque glass door leading onto the reception area.
The reception lights being on all night and shining through the door made the bedroom a little light.

The staff ; i Booked For a king size bed with balcony ,the gave me a family room, it was not was I Ask for ,no toilet paper definitely the room was not prepared

Relaxing place to stay.
Pros:

The villa is adjacent to the coffee shop so the landscaping is very peaceful and pleasant. Duy went out of his way to assist us, arranging tours with a knowledgeable and helpful guide, Mr. Chinh. The villa is well designed and maintained. We admired the woodwork of the house! The coffee shop is wonderful, Miss Thảo really takes good care of our drinks, she made very good coffee and cocoa, and always greeting us with a smile! There is a hidden gem, the sauna, which we found helpful when treating a bad cold.

Pros:

My family had a trip and experience at the villa. It's fresh here, good coffee. The room is big, airy and clean. The host is very welcoming, the price is reasonable. I like staying here and will introduce my friends to support.

The villa has a large space, lots of trees so it feels very fresh. It's comfortable here, especially the coffee here is strong, the price is affordable but the service is very good. The room is luxurious, clean and comfortable. The owner is lovely and welcoming.

An ideal place to experience
Pros:

My family had a trip and had a good experience at Dai Nam Villa. It feels peaceful here because the space is spacious and there are many trees. Reasonable price, spacious room, clean and airy. Especially the coffee here is super delicious.

Cons:

It's very comfortable here, good service, reasonable prices. I am satisfied
