Friendly welcoming staff. The bar tender at the sky high bar was great and clearly loves their job.
The same applies to the breakfast team too. Nothing was too much trouble

Pros:

Odličen hotel s prekrasnimi sobami. Sobe so lepo urejene in prostorne, Počutila sva se izredno domače. Vse storitve so primerne za prijetno bivanje.
Hotel ima tudi brezplačno garažo za vašega jeklenega konjička.
Na strehi je prekrasen bar s čudoviitm pogledom na Sofijo in gore na obrobju.

Cons:

Sobe so prostorne in lepo urejene a oprema je že dotrajana (ponekod se vidi dotrajanost).
Vzdrževanje sob očitno ni takšno kot si jo hotel zasluži.
KLjub temu hotel priporočam.

Great experience, highly recommend
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, location is excellent, close to public transportation, in a quiet residential area, close to shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, free, abundant breakfast. They have very spacious rooms with balconies and a fridge.

Cons:

The only thing that bothered us a little bit was that the AC was not strong enough but we were there during a heat wave and were coming from the States.

If you are going to a concert it's the perfect place to stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good made even better by the lovely smiley lady who could not do enough for you! Thank you so much. The Sky Bar was an excellent place for pre or apre concert drinks and the parking was an absolute plus!

Piped music in the corridor in the morning woke us up.
