Perfect location. Hotel is clean and the stuff is very kind.
The only thing that missing is balcony
Convenient location; very kind staff, especially the receptionists and the kitchen lady who was taking care of breakfast. Excellent, freshly cooked breakfast, a variety of dishes and drinks; spacious room and a nice balcony. Comfortable bed and pillows.
It wasn’t very clean. I stayed for three days and the room and bathroom was not cleaned even once. On the second day I called the reception as the bins were overflowing and nobody replenished tea and coffee or made the room. A chambermaid came just to take the rubbish out, complaining that they are only two cleaners for the whole hotel. I received coffee, tea and a small bottle of mineral water only after giving a tip! The balcony was obviously not cleaned for months as there were leaves rotting on it!
Sheets and towels were perfectly clean, but the carpet in the room was stained and smelly, obviously mot vacuumed for a very long time. It is a pity that this lovely hotel with wonderful kind staff is not properly cleaned on a daily basis, due to lack of cleaners. It should be taken better care of.

tutto bene, ottima posizione a pochi passi dai bus che portano sia in centro che all'aeroporto. Parcheggio coperto e colazione ottima. Stanze pulite e personale simpatico e disponibile. Voto 8!
