I like the location, its near to the touristic places. Also the staff are very nice and accomodating, I hope the management can improve the condition of the comfort room, as it was smelly and uncomfortable during my visit. A cleaner and more pleasant restroom would really enhance the overall experience.
The smell of toilet, it was so strong that we need to open the windows.

Kindly do something in the comfort room shower area, the drainage is clogged.

the location is perfect. Burnham Park is right just in front of the room.
there was a whistling sound from the pipes on the restroom. it is annoying and causes me headache, especially if you have tinnitus, it will make it worse. the person who checked the room before we checked out that the main water source should be turned off if we dont like it, but it was never mentioned when we checked-in.
