Suveränt läge på rofyllt hotell
Pros:

Fantastiskt läge, trots närheten till 5 Avenida och stranden så var det så lugnt och avkopplande. Fina rum och fräsch pool.

Cons:

Det stod att det inte fanns frukost ändå blev folk serverade frukost på hotellet på morgonen. Svårt för utländska, icke spansktalande gäster som vi då personalen inte kunde engelska. En kille försökte och hjälpte oss bra med Google translate de andra var rätt och slätt otrevliga.

Great location, tired hotel.
Pros:

Great location, close to the ferry, bus terminal and 5th avenue area. Staff were lovely too.

Cons:

Unfortunately very small pool, 3 loungers all gone by 10am with very little other space. No yoga or other activities happening (very rare it seems do they occur). The bathrooms also are very old and the beds are very hard and the elevator was out of order. Just felt like a lot to pay for a room without much return! Very busy beach round here as well- hotels take up so much of the space with their loungers.

Pros:

Second time we stay here. Close to quinta avenida and bus station - easy to get to from Cancun airport. Calm and quiet, nice little swimming pool, close to everything. Hope we get to come back and stay longer soon

The perfect place in PDC
Pros:

The location is great and the staff is super kind and always willing to help. Rooms are very clean and the cleaning lady is always nice to decor the bed with nice towel-animals!
You can request beach towels as well.
Overall, great value for money.

The WiFi signal doesn’t reach the rooms properly, but honestly it was a perfect way to disconnect from the everyday life. When we needed to look for information/restaurants/etc we were just going to the common area by the Cenote where the signal was high.

Perfect hotel for a few days trip in Playa del Carmen
Pros:

Perfect location — just a few steps from the beach, the main street, and the ADO station. The hotel is very cozy, clean, and the staff are genuinely friendly.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi in the room was quite slow, but it worked well outside in the yard. We also had an issue with the toilet not flushing, though the staff fixed it quickly. We even had a funny incident where the raccoons living around the hotel stole our bikini from the balcony — thankfully, the friendly staff helped us find it. A small sign advising guests not to leave clothes outside because of these funny raccoons would be helpful :)

Pros:

Emplacement, propreté, disponibilité et amabilité du personnel

Cons:

Problème permanent de connexion internet. Quand cela fonctionne, ce n'est que pour quelques minutes. Même une opération bancaire depuis son téléphone est difficilement réalisable tant la connexion est mauvaise. C'est le seul point négatif de cet hôtel.
Petit conseil aussi : le toit terrasse devrait être rafraîchi et exploité !
