Room was lovely with really good foot downstairs
Pros:

Really lovely place near the river and right in the centre of town. The staff in the pub downstairs were amazing, as was the lady from the hotel side of the business when I had left my key inside. As a woman working away on her own I am happy to say I felt comfortable and safe in this hotel, pub and surrounding area

Would definitely stay again
Pros:

Lovely old pub , great food with friendly staff, accommodation small but everything you would want for a night away , very clean and cosy , location fab looking right onto the river and such a quaint town , loved it

Cons:

I couldn’t find any fault in the stay at all , only fault would be the stairs upto your rooms if you were disabled

Cons:

Being given code to wrong room to find man already in there.
Very loud band playing right below our room, Luckily i liked the music and it finished at 9pm. Great having the bed vibrating!!!!!

The shower was a dribble. The bed was hard. Bad value at £100 for the night.

Compact room, but everything you need
Pros:

Location is central for Pershore, so a few minutes walk to the Abbey, shops, pubs etc.
Room was clean and comfortable although not particularly big - enough space for a bag but a bit in the way. Some storage so depends what you want
No AC but an effective fan was provided, which was welcome in the hot weather!
Provided some jars of milk/tea so didn't have to limit ourselves to the usual hotel '2 tea bags and 2 sachets of milk' - that was nice!
Good pizzas in the pub downstairs, plus other menu items

Cons:

Decking for the pub is under the window, so could smell smoke sometimes and people talking, However, they did clear the decking by 1030 so it didn't disturb us

Good accommodation and good facilities. Very handy for town and amenities

Didn't have breakfast. Location excellent
Liked the tower fan as room very hot
Very good en suite
Everything very clean and facilities good.

Cons:

The room was a bit dark and oppressive. A lighter colour could be painted to give a better effect.

Good Room, poor customer service.
Pros:

The Room and location were fine.

Cons:

My issue, whilst travelling for work, was that the owner refuses to provide an invoice for the stay Claiming this should come from Booking (which is inaccurate) and when contacted by them ignored the message.

Ideal stopover and lovely town
Pros:

Centrally located and with free parking. Nice space and bathroom. Seating beside the river when the pub is open.
