Good location, we were visiting family in the area.

Good location, easy collection of keys.
Steep stairs to access accommodation floor.
Strange decor of two clocks adjacent to each other, but they had both stopped..no idea of significance?
Comfortable bed, but hot as winter weight duvet plus blankets.
Noise of extraction fan as kitchen of pub is below accommodation.

The stair way to the rooms very steep and unsuitable for elderly we are both in our eighties and not any good for our dog . This should be made clear in the booking blurb. We had to carry our medium size dog down the stairs 24 kg not good .d w

Shame about the above as pershore was very nice
Pros:

Did not have breakfast

Cons:

Being woken at 5am by builders who spentthe next 5 hours working on the drains and kitchen below the bedroom window on the first morning!!! Also the shower in room 2 was so hot that it could not be used. Was unable to change the temperature due to the thermostat being broken and also towel rail not being fixed to wall and fell over

Location Great, Staff was friendly and the food in the evening was good.

Cons:

Shower wasn't working, random leaves / tree branch like thing hanging on the shower. Wifi kept disconnecting and ended checking out a day earlier

Always a great place to stay when we're in Pershore.
Pros:

Comfortable, clean room and a bath (good for a soak after a winter walk). The Star is a nice pub with well kept beer, decent wine, good food and friendly staff, too.

Brilliant well done to cheslae and staff
Pros:

Room lovely and chelsea was lovely and the mulled wine was amazing 👏

Cons:

The steep stairs I have bad knees but I managed ok because the star inn was lovely x
