Good value for money, but needs comfort cooling
Pros:

The location

Cons:

Unfortunately the room was extremely hot. Yes it was a heatwave but there was no air and the windows / curtains had been left open by the cleaners.
I think the rooms are located above the kitchen which also doesn't help.

Fine if you're not staying during heatwave.
Pros:

Easy to check in as you are texted the door code and key lock code prior to your stay. Decor in the room is nice and has amenities like coffee making facilities, TV, shampoo/body wash, etc. Decent sized room with double bed, area to hang clothes, full length mirror and additional chair.

Uber operating in area can get you to/from Pershore station in approximately 10mins (but you may need to wait around 15-25mins for one, so order ahead of time). ASDA in walking distance to get water/snacks.

Cons:

I went during the ongoing heatwave and UK government issued a red weather warning. As the room lacked air conditioning and only had a tower fan, I tried to ask if I could shift my dates to avoid this but was denied. For my own health and safety, I chose not to arrive until the following day when this dropped down to an amber warning.

Stairs up to the room are very skinny and steep, so difficult to bring a small suitcase upstairs as you must hold the hand rail for safety.

Upon entering the room it was like being hit by a sauna. It was unbearably warm, even aftre moving the tower fan included in the room to sit on the window sill to try to pump fresh air from outside in, it was stiflingly hot and did little to help. The bed had a thick duvet and two additional blankets which were very much not needed given the heat. A thin sheet would have been more suitable given the weather. The room was warmer inside than outside. I could not imagine staying here the day before when temperatures had exceeded 30C.

The shower had mixed water pressure/temperature. It would go from having some pressure to just a trickle for a few minutes, then come back up again. It was unable to hold its temperature, hitting you with scolding hot or freezing cold water intermittently.

The Wi-Fi also did not work, you could connect but nothing would load, so I used my mobile data during the stay.

Dissapointing
Pros:

The location is nice and the staff of the pub downstairs we friendly but no access to anyone who runs the facility afterhours is problematic.

Cons:

The room appeared fine but it was like a hot box - yes we were in the middle of a heat wave but the room was excessively hot - I suspect because it is above the pub kitchen and they may be running a Argor cooker. Even at night when it cooled down outside, the room remained uncomfortably hot. We actually went outside to cool down - the owners should inform their clients of this before booking. The toilet seat was made of extremely cheap plastic and broke as soon as I sat on it - I am only 72kg's. When I opened the access door to the rooms, the handle came off the door. Not the best experience unfortunately.

Pros:

The room was well made up and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the en suite was a good size.
Lots of storage space in the room.
The staff in the pub were very helpful and friendly, they helped me store my luggage on my check out day. The pub also had excellent food!
Location great, very central to Pershore.

Cons:

You can only access the accomodation via the stairs, which I found to be very steep and difficult to climb, especially with luggage.
Little/no temperature control - I was provided with a standing fan but with the 30°C weather outside the room was too hot to sleep well. I imagine it's very nice in colder weather.
Shower water pressure wasn't great, but there were no problems with the water temperature.

Well located pub rooms, don’t miss the breakfast!
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding. Way better than a standard full english breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location in the centre of Pershore with grounds leading down to the river and with parking.

Cons:

We stayed during the recent heat wave and the room was hot, albeit a fan was provided. Probably fine when it’s cooler.

Barely adequate, rather disappointing.
Pros:

Good location. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Plenty of free parking.

Cons:

Wifi code in email was wrong, we only discovered the correct one in the room folder when it was too late. An industrial kitchen extractor fan right outside our window. It was left on all night the first night we were there. It was like trying to sleep next to a jet engine. Although we knew beforehand that there was no breakfast available, other than the expensive Angel Hotel, the cafes in Pershore open too late. We had to drive to find breakfast. Ultimately, a disappointing stay.
