It was our 3rd stay for a work trip again and the standard was great throughout once again
Personal preference found the pillows too hard
The breakfast choice was excellent and delicious.
All staff helpful and polite
Unfortunately our reservation had not been received by the hotel . They were able to assist though I had to pay and claim a refund
Staff where amazing, tbe rooms very comfortable, food and drinks amazing. For a stay away Christmas it was perfect foe me and all my family.
Slight mix up with the bill on xmas day, it was busy so wasnt that there faukt, however rectified later and in fact a little was taken of the bill so I was happy..
Breakfast very good and beautiful location
Very small beds and basic linen .
Very responsive and helpful host - I was travelling with work and they were able to accommodate a late check out so that I could attend my meetings. Really appreciated! Super comfy beds, huge bathroom - all very clean and welcoming.
Comfort and service.
Nothing.
I've stayed here before and wasn't disappointed. I loved the view from our room, which looked out over the fields. Loved the food in the restaurant and the excellent service. Staff were friendly, accommodating and efficient. The location is in my favourite Dedham Vale village. Plus, it feels like a 'local' that people go to for a good meal and a drink, rather than a hotel only for tourists. Good ambiance.
Nothing.
