Very comfortable, clean, great staff, good food, good views.

Cons:

A little noisy until restaurant closed and people in the halls went to bed. However, we do go to bed early 8-9pm.

Amazing views and beautiful hotel :)
Pros:

Absolutely stunning hotel - amazing views, amazing building and lovely rooms. Restaurant was also very nice :) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Only small issues were the key cards consistently stopped working (despite keeping them separate from phones/electronics), we had to go down to reception everytime we wanted to get into our room which was a little inconvienent. Other small issue was the rooms were really overheated for us and we weren't able to adjust the temperature. Regardless we still highly recommend.

Very peaceful with incredible view of Orsano volcano. The staff, delicious food and general atmosphere made for a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend!

Prachtige locatie!!! Wat een aanrader! Huiselijke sfeer. Super vriendelijk personeel. Mooie tuinen. Uitzicht op het meer en de Osorno vulkaan. Hot tub met meest fantastische uitzicht! Wahw!

Escapada de tranquilidad en Puerto Varas.
Pros:

Perfecto para descansar después de un trekking intenso, alejado del centro, pero muy accesible en auto. Vista preciosa al borde oriente del lago, muy rica cena y tinaja con vista al lago.
