Prachtige locatie!!! Wat een aanrader! Huiselijke sfeer. Super vriendelijk personeel. Mooie tuinen. Uitzicht op het meer en de Osorno vulkaan. Hot tub met meest fantastische uitzicht! Wahw!

Escapada de tranquilidad en Puerto Varas.
Pros:

Perfecto para descansar después de un trekking intenso, alejado del centro, pero muy accesible en auto. Vista preciosa al borde oriente del lago, muy rica cena y tinaja con vista al lago.

Foi a terceira vez que me hospedei aqui e avalio que o serviço melhorou muito desde a estadia anterior (dois anos atrás)! A abordagem voltou a ser mais profissional e as instalações continuam excelentes!
Fiz um check out bem cedo e, ainda assim, a equipe do hotel teve o cuidado de montar o café da manhã antes do horário habitual, para que pudesse comer antes de sair.

Cons:

Senti falta do acesso à praia. A escadaria estava avariada e ainda aguardando manutenção. Como foi um final de semana com um calor anormal na cidade, teria sido bom poder descer até o lago.
