Dias maravilhosos em um hotel sensacional!!!

Sensacional, realmente um hotel Boutique. Pensaram nos mínimos detalhes, staff maravilhosos e gastronomia expetacular. Adoramos os dias que que passamos por lá, voltaremos.

Beautiful Boutique hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with a breat view of the lake and the volcano. The rooms ere super comfortable and the staff was fantastic. breakfast was delicious. Great for a getaway for couples. Very quite and beautiful place.

Cons:

Nothing is within walking distance.

Me encanto el lugar, el hotel esta decorado excelente, la vista maravillosa

La habitacion que reserve ( con balcon ) no tenia balcon , tenia un estar con vidrios, me decepcione con eso, ya que me gusta el aire libre, me senti engañada, el olor en los baños ( fosa) muy malo) nos cambiaron de habitacion ( la mitad mas chica) y nos rebajaron 10 mil pesos noche, no hay relacion con lo que reserve vs lo que nos entregaron

Cons:

A little noisy until restaurant closed and people in the halls went to bed. However, we do go to bed early 8-9pm.

Amazing views and beautiful hotel :)
Pros:

Absolutely stunning hotel - amazing views, amazing building and lovely rooms. Restaurant was also very nice :) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Only small issues were the key cards consistently stopped working (despite keeping them separate from phones/electronics), we had to go down to reception everytime we wanted to get into our room which was a little inconvienent. Other small issue was the rooms were really overheated for us and we weren't able to adjust the temperature. Regardless we still highly recommend.
