Pros:

Very colorful hotel with a beautiful pool and a large TV with YouTube. The shower water is a bit salty, but overall we were happy with our stay! It’s a pity there’s no space for cooking, as there aren’t many decent cafés nearby and you have to search for options. But if you rent bikes, you can get anywhere—Tulum is small.

I wouldn’t recommend for more than a couple of nights or at all. Awful location and quality of facilites
Pros:

The only thing that rarely worked was the hot tub and all of the rooms seemed to have issues with the heating. I was changed rooms 4 times…I could barely make it outside cause I felt like the staff wanted me to be there all day… I felt trapped. The shower gave hot water for 5 minutes and it was gone… just like the hot tub.then it would overflood out into the bed space. Terrible. Had a suspension and closure sticker in front of the hotel, I shouldn’t have paid for the month knowing I was going to be scammed.

The Condos are pretty new

Cons:

The house is empty no kettle or even water glasses. Our shower was leaking and it was not soo good .

It was in an OK location and it was very clean

Cons:

When I arrived the room that I had booked was not available and I had to wait for like an hour they give me a second room but this room did not have great water pressure and had no key card so I had to leave either my room open I'll leave my key card at the front desk which was very annoying as I did not pay for this room also on the last night on Sunday night I came back to my room and the front office did not have a key so I had nowhere to stay as no one helped me so I had to pay for another room

Comfy stay but with lack of services
Pros:

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with nice & modern furniture. The city center can be reached by foot. Our room was on the 4th floor so the view was nice. We enjoyed at least our stay there.

Cons:

The hotel seems not officially open or finished? (Like the buildings in the neighborhood)
However the main problems of the hotel don't is the staff availability & maintenance :
- We had to wait for the staff at the entrance, which doesn't look like an official entrance because there is no sign or information (contacts / opening hours etc).
- The door of the closet was not attached so it nearly felt and could have injured us.
- I was stuck inside the bathroom because the handle of the door broke into my hands. With spanish skills and lot of luck we managed to convince the security guy to help me get out of the bathroom (he said first its not his job we should wait until tomorrow). Thankfully I was not traveling alone ... The door was not repaired during our stay.

Pros:

Esperienza decisamente negativa. La struttura era in condizioni di sporcizia evidente e di totale incuranza: ambienti trascurati, sporco diffuso e nessuna attenzione alla manutenzione.
L’acqua era fredda, rendendo impossibile farsi una doccia decente. Inoltre mancava la biancheria per tutti gli ospiti, cosa assolutamente inaccettabile.
Come se non bastasse, il WC era tappato, causando notevoli disagi senza che venisse risolto in tempi ragionevoli.
Soggiorno da evitare.

Cons:

Unica nota positiva: i ragazzi della reception sono davvero molto carini, gentili e disponibili, ma purtroppo questo non basta a compensare le gravi carenze della struttura.

La habitación y baño eran muy amplios, y todos cuentan con terraza.
A un minuto andando tienes todos los lugares de comida más recomendados de la zona

Le faltaba limpieza y las toallas estaban sucias. Pedimos que limpiaran la habitación y nos ignoraron

The jacuzzi in the suit wasn’t clean shower 🚿 has lot pressure no help at the lobby with the luggage need instruction on how to use the stove and a sign to find the hotel as is hiding and took me over 1 hour to find it

not a good stay
Pros:

spacious

Cons:

no communication orreplies from the hotel pre checkin.
over charge the price shown in booking.
and
the room is under maintained.
jacuzzi didn't work even though you pay extra for it.
broken door handle in bathroom.
toilet seat is half detached
cant lock the door from inside.
