Lovely and relaxing. Staff were so friendly in all departments.

Aside from the noise that we experienced, everything was quite good on our overnight stay.
Pros:

The location, room and staff were very good.
We did not expect the treats that the kids received, we really appreciate it. The kids enjoyed the short stay even the included breakfast!!

Cons:

We need to settle early because my son has an event to attend the following day but unfortunately the noise along the corridor was to loud, with the other guests talking and slapping the door intermittently!

Pros:

My stay was a good expierance the staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel is clean beds are comfortable breakfast is very good great selection of food. Bar restaurant good food

Buen recuerdo del viaje
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, estamos bien comunicados con coche para entrar u salir de la ciudad. Cerca de universidad de Limerick donde se aloja mi hijo por estudiante de Erasmus. No estamos bien comunicados del centro ciudad, para ir andando, pero no lo necesitamos porque disponía de coche, esta zona es más tranquila. Además es una zona con servicios alrededor, gasolinera, supermercado, farmacia, etc. también destacar que la zona es muy segura y las calles residenciales de viviendas tienen cámaras de seguridad muy muy bien cubiertas todas las aceras. Es algo que me sorprende para bien.
Es un gran edificio qué dispone de locales comerciales todo muy bien externalizado desde cafetería del hotel hasta el gym y piscina.
El hotel es de tres estrellas pero como hotel en si cumplió mis expectativas. En concerniente a estancias , habitación, limpieza, desayuno , comodidad, personal, ubicación, calidad establecimiento, etc

Cons:

Precio, creo que está un poco caro. Al llegar No me preautorizaron la estancia a pesar de que tengo el programa de Genius por booking he hice la reserva a través de programa de fidelidad, me cobraron en el check- in toda la estancia sin ninguna preatorizacion. Poca información en el check- in. Transporte público al aeropuerto, no ofrecen más alternativas que taxi.
