L’accueil au niveau de la réception avec la grande disponibilité et bienveillance d’une jeune femme d’origine brésilienne qui parlait le français et qui a tout fait pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Propreté de l’établissement et qualité de la literie.

Cons:

Nous occupions la chambre 208. Il nous semble important de signaler à la direction d’établissement que par temps chaud comme nous l’avons vécu, cette chambre ne doit être proposée qu’en dernier recours. En effet, elle ne dispose pas d’un système de climatisation individuelle et alors même que les couloirs de l’établissement étaient relativement frais la température de cette chambre devait avoisiner 25 a 26 degrés. Il était impossible de la rafraîchir la nuit dans la mesure où des compresseurs extérieurs étaient directement sous les fenêtres de la chambre rendant ainsi l’ouverture la nuit impossible sous réserve d’être gênés par un vacarme de turbine. En conséquence, cet élément a notablement amoindri la qualité de notre séjour en lien avec la température de la chambre contre laquelle on ne pouvait rien. Le seul ventilateur intérieur mis à disposition, ne suffisait pas à nous apporter le confort que nous attendions.

Pros:

We stayed at the Maldron Hotel Limerick while attending a concert at Thomond Park, and from the moment we arrived, we had a fantastic experience.

We were warmly welcomed by Laura and Cathrina on reception, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and couldn’t do enough for us throughout our stay. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

All of the staff at the Maldron Hotel were polite, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had everything we needed. Their excellent customer service made our visit even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. A special thank you to Cathriona and Laura for all their help and kindness—they are a real credit to the hotel.
