Cheap and bough price for the area but also felt cheap

Loud people and doors slamming until 1 am. Not sound proofed at all. Beds were not very great

Great stay for the bank holiday
Pros:

Clean rooms and friendly staff. When we spoke to reception as there was a lot of noise on our floor they couldn’t of been any more accommodating, moved us immediately, no questions asked and offered to help with bags as our daughter wasn’t well. Would highly recommend.

Won’t be back due to all the negative examples
Pros:

The reception area looks well and is well maintained

Cons:

Reception took a call while we approached the desk and spoke for almost 10mins while we waited. Then there was an argument between other residents in the corridor at midnight and nobody would come to sort it and quiet them down. My family was scared and ended up exhausted due to lack of sleep. Bathroom door wouldn’t close and fan stayed on all night.

It’s quite run down in places. Bedroom window latch was slightly damaged so the wind and rain from outside was practically blowing through the window and curtain. tile broken in the bathroom. Skirting and doors definitely need upgrading.

Lovely staff, appreciated the late check out (unfortunately it meant our keys timed out). Food was lovely, hotel room was lovely and comfortable. Hot shower!!

Cons:

Our window didn’t close and balcony door was hard to close. A number of taps and showers in the leisure centre didn’t work. Key timing out when requested late check out
