Pros:

From the moment you walk in the door each member of staff are so welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious 😋 great selection for breakfast. Rooms were very comfortable. Very clean hotel.

Great place but wouldn’t stay again in the summer.
Pros:

Very clean and spacious rooms. Gym and pool excellent.

Cons:

No air conditioning and we stayed on the hottest day of the year. With the windows open the noise from road outside made it impossible to sleep.

Lovely very clean staff wer lovely

Cons:

Very little GF food options. Despite the menu showing quite a few - luckily the chef was able to tell me the food i ordered wasnt GF (despite showing om the menu as GF) This would need addressed. All i could eat off the menu was chips

The hotel needs some upgrades, it’s a bit basic.
Pros:

The staff is very friendly

Cons:

The hotel needs some tlc, the facilities are all quite outdated, beds and pillows not that comfortable and bathrooms basic, with shower in the bath and a shower curtain.

Uneasy atmosphere
Pros:

The car parking was good, as were the staff - particularly the breakfast staff. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room and the location/stock of vending machines were good.

Cons:

The lift wasn't very reliable. The location was terrible due to the surroundings. My husband and I felt very uneasy during our stay and the atmosphere in the hotel was not one of relaxation. Don't think I'll be back to Limerick, never mind this hotel.
