Wonderful stay with incredible housekeepers
Pros:

Amazing housekeeping, very kind and considerate!
Blackout curtains in bedroom
Incredibly comfortable beds - very firm matress

Cons:

I didn't get to use the health facilities (not the fault of the business, totally due to my lack of planning! Was told they were of a wonderful standard)
Shower curtain clings to body constantly throughout shower
Bathroom floor drenched even when shower curtain is used as necessary

All was going well until the last few minutes when someone entered our room without permission
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very good

Cons:

The building could do with some TLC as it is starting to look old and treadbare in places
People should knock before trying to enter rooms, as someone opened my room door, entered the room and only when I shouted who are you did they annouce they where housekeeping and left with a very small apology and nothing else.

Pros:

Good locatin and nice food

Cons:

Foyer area was very cold to sit in. There was a domestic on our floor and it was very scary. Went on for a while. Kept us awake . We were compensated by getting a refund for the breakfast amount.

Very disappointed and unexpected for the price I paid

Left my own AirPod max ,and Philip
Toothbrush in , the staff and manager are absolutely terrible for the job
We left things in hotel after check out , I went back to the hotel the afternoon,they didn’t see anything, I can tell exactly where the toothbrush is , next day I called , same answer!,
Wednesday the manager called me , even worse, she said they didn’t see the AirPod max , but a boy saw my toothbrush, couldn’t tell where did he put it ! ,if I have receipt , they can pay me , I asked her would you keep the toothbrush receipt for something you know once you used it you wouldn’t get refund for definitely! She said yes , I would ! She said all my staff are highly trained,if they found anything in the room they come to me tell me ,they wouldn’t keep anything, I asked her then why he didn’t give to you my toothbrush ! By the end ,there is no solutions for what I lost she can’t do anything, and her talks was
extremely unfriendly by the end !
Big name hotel with 210 € a night , they need get some more training for it !
If this happened to me , will definitely happen to everyone else! Very very disappointed

Just a little pricey, 1 adult 2 kids. Especially in November

Staff were excellent 👌 👏 facilities excellent 👏 location good. Staff in bar, very accomadating. Couldn't do anymore, especially my kids orders, exactly what they asked for. Very quick and nice food.

Cons:

I was quoted less than the price I paid, 30 or 40 eu more. Breakfast was OK, no tea bags. Normal Irish tea. Orange juice not great. But not worse , Breakfast.

nice place , but weather was restricting, especially with two of our party , lacking mobility
