Отличное месторасположение! Чистый и красивый номер) кофе бесплатно рядом с рецепшеном ( вкусный) персонал очень отзывчивый мне помогли снять деньги и найти банкомат спасибо вам , я незнаю вашего имени а также спасибо Ясмин за помощь с кондиционером ! Это лучший отель с удовольствием рекомендую.

Cambie tres veces la habitacion en tres dias por el AA que no funcionaba ademas que me dieron en primer lugar una habitacion con tres cMas ?????,reclame pero no quisieron sacar la cama de mas, despues de cambiarme a una habitacion inferior a la que pagamos,reclamamos un reintegro y luego me sacaron la cama demas, en vez de hacerlo antes ???, luego vino el problema del AA y nos volvieron a cambiar (tercera vez), lo ultimo fue el desayuno del ultimo dia (sin bufett), dd paso el Sr MOR BEN SABAG, SE ENOJO POR EL RECLAMO Y AL FINAL SE DISCULPO

זו פעם שנייה שאני מתארחת במלון, מיקום מעולה, מרחק הליכה קצר מהים, שוק הכרמל, נחלת בנימין, המחיר הוגן מאוד, אם היה גבוה יותר, אולי הייתי מגיבה אחרת. המלון נחמד מאוד, נקי מאוד, מסודר, ממש תענוג. ממש נהנינו ונשמח לחזור שוב.

כבר בכניסה קיבל אותנו אחד העובדים שישב ליד הקבלה (כנראה איש ביטחו
ן) בגישה לא נעימה. החדר שקיבלנו היה קטן מאוד, ובמקלחת הייתה בעיית תאורה. ביקשנו להחליף חדר, אך נאמר לנו שהמלון בתפוסה מלאה.

לחדר היה חלון קטן שפנה ישירות לבניין הסמוך, כך שלא הייתה פרטיות וכמעט שלא ניתן היה ליהנות מאוויר הים.

גם ארוחת הבוקר אכזב
ה מאוד. הגעתי בשעה 09:50, למרות שארוחת הבוקר הייתה אמורה להסתיים רק ב-10:00, אך חדר האוכל כבר היה מפונה לחלוטין ולא נשאר בו דבר מלבד חלב לקפה.

בנוסף, מעשנים נדרשים להפקיד פיקדון של 200 ש”ח ולחתום כבר בצ’ק-אין על התחייבות שלא לעשן בחדר. למרות זאת, אין במלון חצר או פינת עישון מסודרת ונ
עימה. כדי לעשן שולחים את האורחים לאזור האחורי של המלון, באזור הלוגיסטי שבו נמצאות הכביסות והשירות – חוויה ממש לא נעימה.

לטובה, אני רוצה לציין את עובדי הניקיון, שתמיד היו אדיבים, שירותיים וקיבלו אותנו עם חיוך.
