Pros:

Я отдыхала в этом отеле с моими сыновьями в ночь Нового года. Я заказала номер Трипл с 3-мя отдельными кроватями . Накануне заезда выяснилось , что у них нет в наличии свободного номера такого типа, и администрация предложила мне без дополнительной оплаты Свиту . В одной комнете Свиты была 2-х спальная кровать , где спали мои сыновья , а в другую внесли раскладную кровать. Номер был прекрасный. Все новое (или обновленное). Отличное расположение - в центре и близко от набережной. Очень приятный персонал.

Cons:

Завтрак мог бы быть разнообразнее.

I’m glad I chose to stay here. This is the second time I have used this hotel.
Pros:

Very convenient location and friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

Shame it is closing due to the war. Hope you can reopen as soon as possible.
