We recently had the pleasure of staying at Chic Hideaway @ Azure North Bali Tower. I must say, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff made us feel right at home. The exceptional customer service truly set the tone for our entire stay.
The place itself exceeded our expectations in every way. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, it provided the perfect ambiance for relaxation and enjoyment. Whether we were lounging in our cozy room or exploring the beautiful surroundings, every moment was a delight.
What truly stood out, however, was the genuine care and attention to detail shown by Ms. Rochelle. From accommodating our requests with a smile to offering helpful recommendations for local attractions, her dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was evident at every turn.
Overall, our stay at Chic Hideaway @ Azure North Bali Tower was nothing short of fantastic! We departed with fond memories and a longing to return soon. But there's one thing that makes Chic Hideaway different from other unit, it's the HOST "Ms.Rochelle" she's very accomodating, always checking up on me and my parents room (Her other unit).

Hospitality service is way beyond exceptional, I've work in 3 stars hotel in Canada for 3 years, I must say it's way better than our most expensive room, it feels like home.

I love the design of the unit it feels cozy and very stylish and clean as well, it also make our stay convenient because all we need is available in the unit. The owner is very accomodating and approachable, she always answer immediately, she guide us from the start until we check out, definitely we will come back again!😊

Property owner was very accommodating and friendly. The place was clean, charming and facilities and household items were complete and in good working condition.

The room was super nice and clean with complete appliances and nice utensils too. 😍 We enjoyed our dinner at the balcony with a fantastic pool view. The unit owner was very accommodating and always checked on us during our stay. We will surely come back next month. Thanks very much, it was a short stay but we really had a great time!!!! ❤️

Great location, close to shopping centers and S&R and lots of restaurants. Great value and great cute space, very comfortable. The host was incredible! She was very easy to communicate with and took great care of us even from a distance. She was always accessible at any time with any questions. Highly recommended

The host is very friendly and accommodating. The room is part of a relatively new complex and at walking distance from large shopping malls. The size of the room was just right for two people, and the host provides good amenities. The balcony is a nice add-on.
