понравилось всё. эту гостиницу мы заказали после того как выяснилось что гостиницы по имени Bonjour baku не существует и придя по адресу на ваучере мы нашли совершенно другой отель. От отчаяния срочно начали проверять свободные варианты и нашли La Casa Чтобы не повторять ошибку пошли удостовериться что она существует.Персонал был очень любезен и после бронирования мы смогли оставить чемоданы у них до получения номера.
номер был чист и комфортен.Уборка каждый день , смена полотенец и бутылка воды. Завтраки хорошие и разные. Место расположение отличное центр города и метро.

It was tolerable for two days, but honestly, I wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

Location, breakfast, and a complementary cake. There was a super lovely woman during the breakfast, she was so caring and friendly. Thank you for her. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The water in the toilet, bathroom, and shower didn’t drain properly — the drain was completely clogged. It was really uncomfortable to take a shower because we were constantly worried the water would overflow. We told the hotel staff about this issue several times, but they never reacted or fixed it.
Also, the main door to our room didn’t even close properly — is that normal?
During our two-day stay, no one came to clean the room even once. We had to ask for slippers, fresh towels, and water ourselves. There were also no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or other basic amenities provided.

The hotel was great. When we arrived at the hotel, we met the hotel employee on the stairs. He was leaving the hotel, and his working hours were over anyway. But he helped our suitcases. Thank you!

There is no any facilities available. Only rooms.
The entrance is not ok. But is ok as budget hotel.
Please not at room 113 there is very cooking and gas smile at morning. It was bad experience for me in this room.
Any way I will back again to this good hotel cause has good reception staff. :)

Excellent!!! We had breakfast 2 times and it was a great breakfast. Breakfast was great for a mini hotel. It was our first time in Baku. If we come to Baku, I would choose this hotel again.
