Pros:

Mic dejun excepțional, cafea super si proseco. Locația, la fel, marea si plaja curate, fara alge, fara pietre, superb. Au o plaja situata intr-un golfulet în care nu se formează valuri si cred ca e pt prima data când îmi pot vedea picioarele în apa în Marea Neagra. Daca avea o culoare mai verzuie o confundam.

Cons:

Se vede ca hotelul a fost ceva vârf la viata lui, mobila de calitate, insa totul trebuie menținut cu investiții. Mizerie rău, si personal neprofesionist, de la recepție la cameriste. Putem închide ochii pentru plaja minunata, insa preturile nu sunt justificate.

Minunat! Cu siguranta vom reveni!
Pros:

Locatia foarte buna, pe malul marii, mic dejun variat si foarte gustos, iar piscina fantastica. Locul de parcare a fost binevenit, totul la superlativ. Restaurantul hotelului nu mai zic, am servit cina dar si pranzul zilnic acolo si nu pot sa spun decat “ mancarea a fost fantastic de buna”.

Cons:

Barul de pe plaja nu avea foarte multe produse, insa avand in vedere ca a fost final de sezon estival a fost de inteles. O varietate de produse( sucuri, inghetata etc) ar fi binevenita.

Dezamagitor!!!
Cons:

Dezinteres total, pentru un hotel de 5 stele!
Nu au personal, terasa restaurantului, neîngrijită, ferte de masa patate, mototolite,umede!
Plajă neîngrijită, lipsa masute, scrumiere, mucuri de tigara peste tot, saltelele foarte murdare!
Acest hotel nu merita 5 stele, nu ofera nimic… calitate/pret… 👎

Se poate MULT mai bine!
Pros:

-locația foarte bună
-personalul de deservire (cameriste, ospătari) foarte amabil
-respectarea orelor de odihnă (muzica de la terase destul de suportabila ca intensitate)

Cons:

Hotelul nu cred că-și merită stelele, pentru că:
- salteaua era destul de "obosită ",
-lenjeria de pat nu a fost schimbată deloc în cele 7 nopți,
-nu s-a dat cu aspiratorul deloc (personal de curățenie foarte amabil dar insuficient numeric),
-în hol nu era niciun cuier, agățătoare, ceva pe care să-ți pui sepcuța, geanta, etc.
În rest, toate destul de bune, dar nu cum te-ai aștepta la 5 stele. Am fost la 3 stele în Mamaia în iulie și a fost mult mai confortabil.
Stațiunea este foarte murdară, gunoaie pe trotuare, acolo unde sunt trotuare, pentru că totul pare că e într-o reconstrucție abandonată , dar asta nu ține de administrarea hotelului, ci dă doar o notă negativă generală.
