Room was spacious and comfortable, but the furniture perhaps a little dated. Nice view of the Torch when lit up at night.
Good spread on offer at the breakfast buffet despite the hotel not being overly busy, and there was an egg station - I chose a freshly cooked omelette. All staff very courteous and professional, Kenza particularly at the front desk was helpful.
I couldn't find any USB sockets in the bedroom. Also, we emailed ahead to request an iron and ironing table to be available for our immediate use and explained it was because we would be rushing to attend an event upon arrival. Hotel replied it would be arranged. However, these were not supplied until after we had checked in, so we had to wait for it to be delivered to our room causing a small delay unfortunately, which was exactly what we had wanted to avoid.

Special thanks to Ms. Sheila at the reception for warmly welcoming us and making our stay extra special. She kindly gave us a complimentary room upgrade and a beautiful birthday cake for our daughter, which was such a lovely surprise.
All the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The pool was also very nice, and we truly enjoyed spending the day together as a family.
Thank you for making our daughter’s 4th birthday celebration even more memorable. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back! 🎂💕

It was our first time at hotel, we are family with 2 kids. Abu Bakkar at reception was exceptional. He was extremely cooperative, kind, and welcoming, and took the time to explain everything in detail. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even recommending nearby attractions and malls and explaining distances and directions. His friendly smile and genuine care made a big difference.

Honestly, the French style of the hotel is absolutely stunning, and I loved it. The place is very comfortable and peaceful, with every amenity provided. I honestly wished I could have stayed longer. Everything is close to you, like Villaggio and the park—you truly feel like you're living like royalty
We request a crib and they didn’t deliver then we called twice and waited.
