Overall, we definitely had a great stay. And given the chance and if still fits the budget and the management maintains
Pros:

It's distance from ICC and other good places to visit.
The ambiance of the condo. I really like that the place is kind of tech geek. The place is clean and really very comfortable. She was also very accommodating and grants my requests. I hope the owner/attendant would still remember me in the future.

Cons:

Nothing much. Although I reported a not so cold temp despite its 16 deg already and a leak in the aircon but it was all sorted out immediately, said that the aircon filter just needs cleaning. And everthing went back to being great stay again.

Cozy little retreat in the business district
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and just right for my size. It was a great escape for me seeking belonging in a city where I want to start anew. Thank you very much for the warmth, especially during this rainy weather.

Everything was in the right size for a single traveller. The water heater was running, the toilet flushing well, the sinks were not clogged, and the water pressure was strong. Lighting was also sufficient, especially mood lighting. Wifi was working well and airconditioning was enough for the space. I would stay here again during my trips to Iloilo. Thank you very much for having me.

Cons:

Not much, just that I had a few fights with the electronic lock. Apparently the battery was low. But other than that, nothing. Thank you very much.

The host is very accommodating. Nice place for a low price.
Pros:

Value for money. The unit was complete in amenities. Very good location.

Cons:

Needs better pillow case and fresh bedsheets.
Better to replace the shelf behind the water closet coz it makes it hard to flush the toilet every time, and a bit difficult to reach for the bidet.
