A pousada é muito bem organizada e conservada, mas o que mais se destaca é o atendimento. Toda a equipe nos recebeu com muita atenção e presteza, fazendo a gente se sentir realmente bem-vindo. Um destaque e agradecimento especial ao Frank e ao Caio, muito atenciosos, atendem como se fossem os proprietários do local.

You would be stupid not to book here!
Pros:

I don’t normally write many reviews, but our experience at this hotel was simply perfect. From beginning to end, everything was exactly how you want your stay to be.

The location is a 10/10, right on the beach. The restaurant served great cuisine, the rooms were spacious and spotless, and we loved the balcony.

But here’s where this hotel stands out from every other one. You can find hotels with a great location, a clean room, and a good restaurant. What makes this place unique is the level of service from the staff.

Every single person we came in contact with during our stay from August 22nd to 27th deserves a 100/10. They were fun, respectful, and thoughtful. There aren’t enough compliments to give them. We’ve stayed at luxurious hotels with pleasant staff before, but like at most luxury hotels, the people often lack soul. Here, they had it. The service and the people were all outstanding, and that’s why I had to write this review.

Thank you for everything, it has been a true pleasure!

Beautiful location, rooms at the front are loud at night
Pros:

Beautiful location right on the beach; fantastic room - beautiful bathroom, massive, comfy bed. Great breakfast and super helpful staff. Being able to be on the beach in 30 seconds was a massive treat.

Cons:

Zero soundproofing. The rooms at the front (8 and 9) are exposed to first the music from the restaurant between 18-22, then to the pagode from the stage on the beach until 1-2 am. Maybe the rooms at the back are better, I’m not sure. There is an opening on the staircase leading up to the rooms which overlooks the stage and the sound travels beautifully straight from the beach to the rooms.

Me encanto todo!!! Los trabajadores del hotel con muy buena disposición para atender consultas, requisitos, atención etc. Incluso para conversar con mucha simpatía.
La limpieza de la habitación excelente, con detalles lindos.
La ubicación genial, salimos directamente a la playa.
La verdad que me encanto el lugar en todo sentido

Hospitalidade dos funcionários e muito boa, são muito prestativos. A Limpeza também e muito boa e a localização é ótima.

Cons:

Seria interessante pensarem em colocar Guarda Sois na Areia junto ao mar.
Café da manhã, deixou um pouco a desejar, poderiam melhorar, em um dos dias serviram queijo mussarela embolorado.
Jantar, o valor não está compatível com os ótimos restaurantes da vila, custo beneficio não vale a pena.

O fato de ser em frente ao mar durante o dia é muito bom e atendimento do pessoal do restaurante

Cons:

Muito barulho dos bares ao lado ate de madrugada impede que quem vai para descansar possa relaxar. Instalações da pousada, sinto que a manutenção nao e feita regularmente, tivemos problemas com chuveiro, com a bomba da piscina que nos impediu de dormir a noite inteira e o colchão muito ruim e nao utilizam protetor de colchão, pra mim uma falha grave em relação a higiene.
