Перфектен престой и почивка. Ще се върнем отново!
Pros:

Отседнахме за 3 нощувки и всичко беше перфектно- от посрещането до напускането. Малките детайли като безплатното кафе и вода допринасят за перфектната почивка.
Много е чисто и поддържано, особено баните.
Всички от персонала са много усмихнати и вежливи, винаги готови да съдействат.
Винаги, когато съм в Пловдив ще отсядам в този хотел!

Reception staff were nice

Cons:

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights and was very disappointed with the housekeeping service.
On the first morning, the cleaners only replaced the towels and provided tissues. None of the surfaces were cleaned, and the bathroom, including the toilet, was not cleaned at all.
On the second day, no housekeeping attended the room whatsoever. We had to call reception ourselves to request fresh towels and additional tissues. Again, no cleaning was carried out.
Overall, the lack of basic room cleaning throughout the stay was very disappointing and not what I would expect.
If you want, I can:
Make it more formal (for a complaint email)
Make it stronger (to push for compensation/refund)
Or balance it with any positives about the hotel so it sounds fairer

Pros:

The room is clean. There is coffee machine but there was only one capsule for us - and we were a couple :) The location was perfect for me - with many shops around supermarket, bank, even a farmacy :) I will visit it again

Cons:

They could have one more blanket, but anyway all is fine
