Pros:

The breakfast was home cooked and super delicious. it made us feel at home. The entire stay was cozy and warm. We send our thanks to the guy who works there, he was very helpful and kind.

Pros:

Comfy rooms, helpful staff, nice big bathrooms, interesting books at the front desk.

Cons:

Wifi doesn't reach the rooms, only available in the common areas.
AC is kinda underpowered for the room size and it takes a while to cool the rooms.
Shower hot water works most of the time, but sometimes doesn't come.
They only give you 2 tiny water bottles and charge you for more.
Blinds aren't great so room gets super bright after sun rise.

Excellent place to stay near Nawala/Narahenpita.
Pros:

This place was close to my work place. Care taker was supper nice and helpful. Clean rooms and bathroom. Well maintained. Price was reasonable. I would visit there again with no hesitation.

Set in a quiet area, you will be greeted by Ham whow takes great care of the place. He is kind and friendly and will be there any time you need. does an amazing job there and everything its spotless.

Great room. Great staff.
Pros:

The room was very clean. The caretaker, Raja, was very pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience.

Cons:

The ramp to the Car park is a bit too steep for cars with shorter ride heights.

fairly good stay - need more hospitality
Pros:

The location is perfect where you can reach other places easily. Hot water in the bathroom perfectly functioning.

Cons:

The bad smell of the canal running close to the property cannot bearable. we cannot open the window for fresh air.
The cool fresh milk pack in the tea making facility won't workable when you want to make a hot cup of tea - (need to replace for creamer packets)
I have informed the owner about the maindoor defects, I hope that will be rectified for the next visitor.
