Ótima opção.
Pros:

Fica perto do porto (uns 300m), na Stone Town, portanto vc estará perto das principais atrações. Meu quarto era este das fotos. Era pequeno, mas suficiente. O banheiro era espaçoso, mas faltava o box (vc molha tudo quando toma banho). O café da manhã era simples, porém suficiente e preparado de acordo com sua solicitação na hora. O staff era extremamente simpático e prestativo. A recepção te consegue táxis e passeios por preços melhores do que te oferecem na rua. Se vc procura um hotel simples, porém digno, eu recomendo este!
