Beautiful, clean and great location
Pros:

The hotel is clean and staff professional and polite. Breakfast was excellent with loots of options. Location is great as close to most tourists areas

Pros:

Room was great and our bathroom was huge - everything was clean and quite modern

Cons:

Would be great if we can just be provided with an iron instead of having someone from staff do it for us. Appreciate the effort and service but there’s a bit of social pressure for the guest involved who feels anxious and guilty having to ask the staff to re-do the iron or iron additional clothes.

Posizione, dimensioni camera, comodità letto.

Cons:

Le camere sono datate, gli asciugamani vecchi e sfilacciati, una delle tende è caduta a terra quando abbiamo cercato di oscurare le finestre

Five star suite with zero star service
Pros:

The presidential suite .

Cons:

The service was appalling even when I asked for a cup of tea. They told me to go down and get it myself. I had to stop my car and fetch my belongings without any help. Even the guy who took my car to the parking lot simply opened the boot and told me to take all my luggage. The coffee machine was old-fashioned and not working probably even in the top-line suite.
